Forum poster Prophet924 has found the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classic Collection figures at his local Walmart. We’ve seen these figures based on the 1990 movie before, but with new accessories and extra head options these just may be replacements for the originals.
With the original release a lot of people were switching the masks in order to get better looks for each Turtle, but the new heads packed with each brother, in the appropriate colors, makes that a thing of the past. Add in throwing stars and other accessories and I’m sadly looking at my shelf thinking I need an upgrade.

I never got the original movie classic turtles so my opinion on these may echo those of you that do have them. They seem the same from pics I’ve seen. The multiple heads really sucked me in. So on to my quick review of Leo.
First off I have to get this out off my chest, I loathe the way these Turtles hold or really only balance their weapons in their hands. I’d gladly give up the crazy amount of articulation in the two fingers and thumb for them to hold their weapons tight. So many times these things just fell out of hand when taking pics. Even this $7 knock off I got of the classic cartoon Leo holds the weapon better. Arrrrggggghhhh!
