Here’s pics of what looks to be a Star Wars Black Series Astromech 3-pack with a brand-spanking new R5 sculpt. Exclusive?
It was found at a Toys R Us in Hong Kong so speculation leans to yes, it may be a store exclusive.
The set includes R2-A3, R2-F2, and R5-K6, our first R5 unit in the line. Odd, there’s a certain R5 with a bad motivator who is much more popular. Could we see that unit in some other kind of multipack, or a general release on it’s own?
As much as I don’t really care for the size of the Black Series ‘mechs I may just have to grab this whenever it may hit. I love the colors schemes on all three, especially R5-K6 and R2-F2, with their extra lines and such.
More speculation is that this will be seen at SDCC first, and then hit Toys R Us stores later, much like other TRU SDCC exclusives in the past. ::shakes fist at Soundwave::
