It was teased back when S.H. Figuarts Tony Stark was announced, but now we get full promo shots and info for the SHF Iron Man Mark 3!
I’m not quite sure why Bandai has decided to backtrack and do some older Iron Man armors but…..
Bwahaha, I couldn’t do it! Import companies love Tony Stark’s greatest creation. It’s techy, there are no skintones or eyes, and by now they have the formula down pat. Some are even a couple of sculptural changes and some different paint. But you know what? I love it. The Mark 3 was one of the suits that started it all, and in my opinion, one of the better looking suits. Modern with a little classic pizzazz.
It will comes with several sets of hands and some blast effects to either simulate repulsor blasts or flight effects.
At first I thought the back had moving flaps but reading the translated description it’s apparently a switchable piece.
And of course, you get S.H. Figuarts articulation.
The Iron Man Mark 3 comes out in November and will cost around $60. There are still two armors to be announced so stay tuned! All in all, these will all look great in a hall of armors behind the Figuarts Tony Stark.
