New Custom Tuesday is a weekly, creator-submitted list of the latest custom action figures. This list provides a convenient way to check out all the latest custom creations posted in the galleries without having to search each individual thread. For this week’s customs, read on!

Karg is one of the 1987 movie characters that cannot be made in the MOTUC line and quite frankly, it’s a design that I did not think would translate well to the MOTUC style. Well, Metalogan proved me wrong in fantastic style with an all new original head sculpt that works well with the parts re-use style of the MOTUC line. I love that he incorporated Netossa’s huge head of hair into the sculpt as well to represent Karg’s impressive pompadour.

There is an impressive depth of designs and characters in the He-Man universe and though this version of the Eternian soldier is new to me, mkULTRA has totally sold me on the design. The shapeways printed sword also looks very nice with the classics figures.

Rider is another customizer after my own heart and has done a great job transforming Emma Frost back into the White Queen. Repainting the eyes really does wonders for a modern Hasbro figure, doesn’t it?

I love it when customizers work on a theme and create sets of characters that go together. They aren’t just creating a figure, they are creating a world for this character. Moon Knight is not a character I read a lot as a kid, but seeing these smooth customs took me right back to the Moon Knight entry of the OHOTMU that I would read and re-read over and over as a kid.

Daredevil has not had a lot of luck in the ML age of action figure to my taste. He’s an iconic character that deserves an amazingly poseable super articulated figure (with normal looking shoulders!) and joakley built one using the new standard ML body. Hopefully Hasbro is watching and we can all get one like this soon.

Shinigami has built a very unique and cool looking Hawkeye using a wide range of parts for disparate lines that all blend together well into a cohesive whole. The sci-fi parts from Prometheus’ David is a great fit for the modern sensibility of super hero costume design.

You know, I was really happy with my ASM Spidey until I saw this beautiful modification that turned him into pretty much the perfect comic Spidey. The sculpting here is so smooth and subtle and blends in perfectly with the existing parts, improving the overall look. I love the way the webbing turned out and I have to tip my hat to the dedication and patience it must have taken to sand off that costume texture.

In the MOTUC bios, Jitsu becomes lord of Snake Mountain after Skeletor departs for the stars. I think the additional armor pieces from Count Marzo and He-Ro here bulk up Jitsu’s profile to make him look a bit more lordly. It also has a bit of a 2002 MOTU vibe. I also think the Marzo jewel holding hand would make for some cool martial arts striking poses.
Well, that’s it for New Custom Tuesday for this week! Please click on of the above pics for a link to each customizer’s gallery in our custom zone and marvel at additional pics and custom figures. While you’re there, let these artists know what you think of their work!
