What a waste of plastic…
I love the silly, ridiculous obscure shit, so I’m all for this, but I do find it funny they don’t use the new Retro body when it’s right there.
Fans: “I wish I could get the Retro Spidey without selling an organ.”

I remember as a kid (in the 70s) that this was the first Spider-Man I ever saw on a t-shirt (one of those rubberized iron-on on demand things) in black light colors, no less. As a five or six year-old I couldn’t believe someone could make that sort of screw up, now I think it looks kinda cool.
It’s from the 70’s Spidy Super Stories series meant for young readers. Basically Dr. Doom creates an evil Spider-Man who is also a dope so he’s the closest that Spider-Man has to Bizarro.
What Spidey is this based off of? I do not remember this based off of any figure from the original Toy Biz line.
