I agree about the tonfa since this is a weapon not usually associated with Ninja. I would also like a ninjato, even though this isn’t an authentic weapon and is more than likely a Hollywood invention.

guys, drop the tonfa (which isn’t an authentic ninja weapon) and replace it by a kusarigama (sicle & chain) which is a signature ninja weapon. Maybe loose the katana and replace it by the ninja-to (straight bladed ninja sword). Just suggestions, the stuff looks great, otherwise!
Looks great, was hoping a kusari-gama would be in there somewhere, maybe down the line.

The items look good but yeah, a little artistic licence has been taken with the proportions. At least the Sai isn’t a blade/cutting knife which is the mistake most people make.
