EA Named the Worst Company in America for 2012 by The Consumerist

Over 250,000 voters in the The Consumerist’s “Worst Company in America 2012” tournament have spoken, and video game producer Electronic Arts (EA) has attained the dubious distinction at the top (or the bottom, depending on your perspective) of the worst of the worst. Beating out guys like Bank of America, AT&T, Ticketmaster and PayPal, EA takes the infamous “Golden Poo” back to their home offices for the year. It looks like the gamers have spoken when it comes to getting charged regularly for extra game content and the like.
