I get that Classic Falcon was in the original releases under the Secret Wars banner but as he doesn't appear in Secret Wars itself, I think focusing on the actual comic would make sense (I know, the Beyonder wasn't from the first series either but at least there is a comic reason) - Sam can be included elsewhere.
I pulled out the hardcover and flipped through it - besides Volcana, other series specific figures/looks that could be included:
Wasp in her green/purple uniform
She Hulk in her FF uniform
"Human" Ben Grimm
Cap’s head sculpts look terrific. Two really nice expressions.
I just noticed that Iron Man comes with the old gun. That got me to preorder the figure.
I did think that on behalf of everyone desperate for Rachel, but isn't she a teenager/young adult? Titania is close to She-Hulk height - they should not be on the same body.
I have zero attachment to Secret Wars - comic or toy line - so to me these are just cool villain figures. Beyonder is neat and kinda looks like Alden Ehrenreich and Titania is fun to get a new character on a new body with all the correct sculpted parts! Why Titania gets sculpted boots and Phoenix doesn't is a Hasbro typical thing, but moving on! I pre-ordered Cap just because I don't want to fight forever to get him as I really like the smiling head - finally! And the broken shield is great - lots of good posing value out of that. Also pre-ordered Spidey, but mostly out of FOMO. I don't really need that one.
She's 5'7, 125. So not teenaged, but definitely not Titania-sized.
The great thing about getting Titania's spiky arms and boots is that they were willing to spend the money to design them for a villain who doesn't have the comic book following Rachel has. If they spent the money on Titania's design, they will absolutely spend the money for Rachel's design, since they can't share because of the size difference in the characters. I think Titania's spikes are definitely a precursor to Rachel's spikes.

If it's like AI iron man it's soft rubber you pull out with tweezers. I tried just painting the blue piece but was so hard to get back in the paint just chipped off.
I saw that Captain America and Wolverine were re-listed as up for pre-order today. Titania and Iron Man are still listed as available for pre-order too, but the Beyonder and black costume Spider-Man are still currently unavailable. I got Captain America pre-ordered on Friday and pre-ordered Wolverine today. I just wish Cap had an intact shield and that Wolverine had alternate hands with black claws, like the old Mattel figure had. I also hope the next Wolverine figure has an alternate angry head of Logan that shows his teeth.
Interesting that this shirt includes Reed and T'Challa.

As long as Volcana is in Wave #2, everyone else is gravy.
I won't even call it a prediction, but if a Secret Wars wave 2 got me a more reasonably-sized Absorbing Man and a green jumpsuit Doc Ock with bendy tentacles, I'd consider the whole concept a win - and that's from a guy who's not interested in anything from the first batch.
For a second wave, I’d want:
Volcana
Absorging Man
Wrecker
Colossus—pinless redo
Magneto— classic on the Vulcan body
I would hope if they do another Magneto he'd be on the Vulcan Body, but I have a feeling they'll want to re-use the 97 body since it's a character specific mold. But it's just not big enough and the proportions are weird.
This isn't secret wars related but I'd love a deluxe magneto on the Vulcan body with a wired cape and some NEW special effects pieces
