Looks like the Previews version of the upcoming One:12 Collective Batman is up for pre-order at Entertainment Earth. I saw this listing on Hobby Search and was wary of posting the information as I was uncertain about which version of The Dark Knight Returns Batman was going to be advertised. Associated pictures of the figure show Batman in his Grey and Light Blue duds with the Yellow and Black Bat oval chest insignia. And he has a thigh beltpouchstrap. This is different than the advertised figure on BigBadToyStore.
In addition Mezco showed off pictures of their store exclusive Batman, which is a Dark Blue and Grey variant with the large black bat chest insignia. See the info below:
