eBay Frenzy: Marvel Legends with Just a Sprinkle of Star Wars and a DC Universe Classic!

Today’s eBay travels uncovered a LOT of custom Marvel Legends. So many that I had to pick and choose which ones to post. But as always there is a little Star Wars and surprisingly a DC Universe Classic custom that caught me off-guard. Weird but welcome!

With the product shots of the X-Men Legends popping up and the Sunfire catching my eye again, I really hope this 70s Cyclops becomes an actual figure in the near future. Perhaps with the Dark Phoenix shown at last year’s SDCC?

Every time I see a Jodo Kast I want to grab the extra Fett I picked up for exactly this purpose and start painting, but then I remember that takes time. Who has time I can borrow?

I absolutely can not pass on looking at a Melvin Potter Gladiator in action figure form.

The recipe for this custom Apocalypse is pretty nifty, it’s been a while since I’ve seen Creech hands!

I’m going to need this Sabine Wren head along with keeping my Rebels Season 1 version. And maybe a Season 2 also.

Serpent Society, anyone?

Sidewinder

Black Racer

Coachwhip

Rock Python

These custom Star Wars Black Series package slipcovers are a nostalgic blast. Just slip these over and you get a vintage feel. You do have to open the box to put the background insert behind the figure though, that may be a dealbreaker for a lot of carded collectors.

Is it Star Wars or Marvel? Best of both worlds? Probably the only way to shut Deadpool up is to encase him in carbonite.

I really miss Exiles and this Nocturne reminded me of that series. Sigh.

Then let’s finish this edition of eBay Frenzy off with two characters that are a bit unknown to me. One because I haven’t read a lot of comics lately and the other because I guess I haven’t dug back far enough.

Gwenpool I’ve seen around the ‘net but I haven’t read anything showcasing her. Or even her Wiki page. But I think I have an idea of the premise.

And then Spellbinder. I thought I had done my DC history but I guess I missed this day in class. What caught my eye here was the paint work. So well done. And it’s a DCUC, which we don’t see much these days.
