I assumed the news day was done, but leave it to Bandai to crank out some more. Here’s early promo pics of S.H. Figuarts Tony Stark from Iron Man 3. Who doesn’t want a little Robert Downey Jr.?
It’s an early solicitation so we don’t have the usual pretty pictures but just knowing it’s coming is awesome!
For those who don’t know, Bandai has facial print technology they use to produce human-type heads. They usually look rough in close-up macro pics but in-person? So, so sweet. Like little life-like human heads. So just remember that when looking at the pics.

It looks as if Tony has interchangeable lower arms and legs. A set of normal extremities, and then a set covered in the Iron Man Mark 42 armor. He also comes with alternate normal hands.
Also included is a light-up base.
It looks like pre-orders start this Friday, May 20, for a ship date of October. He’s listed at 5.9 inches and will cost about $60.
It also looks like we get a re-release of the Iron Man Mark 42 in October.

Also shown is a release of Iron Man Mark 3 in November? And two more open slots. Hmm.
