Bandai has updated their product pages with pics and info for R2-D2 and BB-8, the new model kits based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
R2 looks to be the same mold as the previous release, including the tools, but is now saying that the parts are molded in a glossy finish. Maybe this version will be shinier? BB-8 doesn’t look that different from the Hasbro Black Series release. The stand looks interesting though. All in all not the most exciting of releases.
