They should have included soft goods capes for Baylan and Shin because that’s what they were wearing when they made their first impressions. They didn’t mind doing that with Tusken Raider Boba Fett despite his later look being the one fans obviously would want as a figure more. We can take the capes off if we wanted to have this look, we can’t add capes that aren’t included if we wanted the other. Bad decision or potential double dip?
