A couple of more magazine scans give us a better idea about what’s coming with the MAFEX MAndalorian.
Okay, it’s essentially the same info we already gleaned from the original scans, but an overall better look at the figure and accessories.
Pistol, rifle, knife, and impressive flame blast and a lasso firing gauntlet. No jetpack or mudhorn signet but does include a Child statue. I’ve heard complaints about the cloth cape looking a bit thick around the neck but I don’t mind it, plus it’s soft so it should be manageable. But I find all the details crisp, the paint accurate, and the overall proportions and presence to be impressive.
The SHF wins out in the add-on department but I’m thinking I may like the MAFEX more. It’s not a contest though, I’m still getting both.
Bottom line, the solicitation for this should be any day now, given that it releases in December and we’ve already seen pre-orders for Magneto who arrives about the same time.
