Oh sure Bandai, we’re just coming out of San Diego Comic Con 2018, why not announce a new S.H. Figuarts Star Wars figure’s release date and such? I haven’t had enough toy joy in the past 4 days. But my heart is big, and there’s always room for Leia.
Now the figure itself isn’t a surprise. Tamashii Nations likes to tease us with prototypes and then hide them away for years. Thankfully this isn’t the case with Princess Leia from A New Hope.
Coming in December with a MSRP of about $55, we can now call the core group of ANH complete in SHF form. She comes with both her personal weapon and a Stormtrooper blaster, hood up and down options, and two heads. Maybe three, if that bottom hood up picture is actually a slightly more angry head. Or the angle is messing with me. I think it’s the angle.
