Hasbro: Marvel Legends Bullseye Video and Quick Pics

Oh Bullseye. Such a huge line in the sand. For some people the Toy Biz version is the end-all, be-all action figure of the aptly named assassin. And I’ll admit, it totally deserves it’s place in Marvel Legends history. But I’ve  also been waiting for something more classic comic. More simplistic yet eye-catching. Thank you, Hasbro.

Again, don’t get me wrong. I loved the original figure. I still love it, being reminded of just how great it is after digging it out of the storage tub. And really, this isn’t a contest. There isn’t a winner. It’s all preference. And really, when it comes down to it, the two Bullseyes serve two different purposes. If you’re more of a gritty, realistic type, you have your Bullseye already. If you prefer the clean comic style, Hasbro now has you covered.

We all win. C’mere, ya big lug, we can hug it out.

And this figure has it all. Well, it doesn’t have playing cards, but I’ll let that slide. Knife. Gun. A cool blade throwing effect that actually works fairly well. The pointy finger is my favorite. The missing tooth. But what caught me off-guard was the alternate, unmasked head. I didn’t expect to care for it too much, which is okay because it’s an extra. I will NEVER complain about extra stuff in my toy packaging. But I’m surprised at how much I like it. The masked head is sinister while being a bit playful, which I really dig. But the bald head is downright evil. I don’t usually go for screaming faces but it totally works here. I’m afraid to put it next to other figures. Hell, I’m scared to have it in the house.

Can you tell I love the hell out of this figure? Buy it. If you don’t love it you can send it to me, free of charge. You pay shipping, I get it. Free of charge. You can’t beat that deal!
