It’s funny, I was just commenting on how much I like the Commander Gree design and poof, Hasbro reveals a Star Wars The Black Series version at Star Wars Celebration.
The figure will be $25 and available exclusively at Toys R Us this summer. That’s not great for international fans but if it’s anything like the Hovertank Pilot then it should be out there in fairly good quantity.

While I’ve avoided most straight clone repaints (okay, I bought the EE set), I m down for characters like Gree. Bring on Rex, though! He was promised ages ago, it seems!

I hope his head is removable. Yoda cuts it’s clean off… too soon? I’ll definitely be grabbing this, such an awesome way to reuse a sculpt, paint applications look great!
