I don’t do a lot of Transformers but when I wander down the toy aisle and run across a figure that completes a team I started two years ago, I just gotta grab it. Hasbro finally released Kickback, the last member of the Insecticons!
Although it doesn’t match his insect-mates completely, with it’s clear yellow as opposed to Bombshell’s metallic gold and Skrapnel’s (Shrapnel) flat yellow. But damn does it feel good to finish the team off. It does kind of give me the Transformers bug again though. Get it, bug?
And while I could have went the third party route and gotten a complete kickass set of Insecticons, that’s also expensive for a line that I struck from the wantlist a long time ago because of cost. Even then, for $10 this Kickback is an awesome deal because really, it has all the things that make it Kickback for me. And that’s exactly what I was looking for when I grabbed the first two.
