Fresh Monkey Fiction have an upcoming Kickstarter planned for the actual action figures, but before that, there is an Eagle Force Trading Card KS live now. The best part is IT HAS ALREADY FUNDED!

Do you remember the Eagle Force toy line from the early ’80s?
No many folks do, but don’t worry, Fresh Monkey Fiction and Zica Toys are teaming up to give this crack military team another fighting chance with the EAGLE FORCE RETURNS toy line later this summer. These modern 4″ scale military action figures will bring back the sense of realism, action and fun that has been missing from toy shelves for the last few years.
But before that campaign launches, dive into Eagle Force with this limited set of 20 trading cards that looks into Eagle Force’s past history and to it’s future as a revived toy line!
Eagle Force was originally a 2.5 inch die-cast action figure military-themed toy line created in the early 1980s.
Eagle Force is an elite United States Government counter-terrorist task force organization composed of special forces experts, created to combat the Roving International Organization of Tyranny (R.I.O.T.)–a terrorist organization driven for nothing less than world domination.
Commanded by Captain Eagle, Eagle Force includes Big Bro, The Cat, Harley, Kayo, Redwing, Sgt. Brown, Stryker, Turk, Wild Bill, Zapper, and Goldie Hawk.
R.I.O.T. is led by General Mamba, with Baron Von Chill, Beta Man, Nemesis the Saboteur, Savitar the Ninja, and an army of Shock Troopers.
We want to create a set of 20 Eagle Force Trading Cards that will explore some of the original characters..and also provide some hints of what characters will be returning later this year.
Each card set will include Vintage Cards with art by original Eagle Force designer Paul Kirchner as well as a character bio on the back.
As you can see, if the campaign hits a stretch goal amount of $10,000, an exclusive figure will be added to the Kickstarter. Towards that end, here is your first look at the R.I.O.T. Firebug – Fireball Legion figure!
