Should it be bigger? Sure, but DST getting this monster broke down and added nto action figure packaging is pretty impressive.
Ghostbusters series 2, consisting of Dana Barrett, Peter Venkman, and Egon Spengler are hitting shops as I type.

Even better, Ghostbusters series 3 is now up for pre-order, featuring Slimer, Janine, and Quitting Time Ray. Ray will come with his ghostbusting gear; Janine will come with a phone, buzzer and takeout containers; and Slimer will come with two interchangeable faces, one of them stuffed with hot dogs
Again, you can get the set at BBTS, or get them individually. They are set to ship late summer.
The rest of the Ghostbusters figures, consisting of Gozer, Walter Peck and Slimed Peter in Series 4, and Terror Dog, Library Ghost and Taxi Driver Ghost in Series 5, will be needed to complete the rooftop diorama.
