I’ve seen a lot of people asking about the diorama in the Hasbro booth at this past weekend’s San Diego Comic Con so I thought I’d throw pics and video your way.
In years past the big huge display featured 3 and 3/4 inch Marvel Universe or Infinite figures, but this year the Marvel team decided to go with Marvel Legends. In fact, ML was prominent all over the booth. The outer walls were plastered with pictures of current waves, and there was even a huge movie ML Hulkbuster statue outside the booth. Bread and butter, baby!
Of note, the Sauron and Ghost Rider motorcycle are customs. Teases. But, the diorama grew each day with added figures and fights. I think my favorite was the A.I.M. Soldiers playing patty cake. Or having a tea party. It’s just random and hilarious.
The video is from Day 1, so there are some additional figures but not all of them. If nothing else it gives you a sense of how big this monster display is.
