At this point everyone’s seen the new pictures for the upcoming Takara Masterpiece releases of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Star Saber. Or not. If you haven’t then let me repost these now for your pleasure! I pilfered the pictures from Kapow Toys Facebook and I have to tell ya I’m very tempted to add Masterpiece to my list of toy collecting, that is if I had a sponsor.
I’m not certain what is new with Optimus, but he looks fantastic and for anyone that missed out on any of the Masterpiece releases to date here’s another chance to get him, in legitimate form.
Bumblebee looks great! He’s got a shiny gold (not yellow) paint app, a new face guard and a jetpack! A Jetpack! Now you can have him fly around with Duke.
Finally Star Saber. Yeah he looks fantastic, and I so wanted this figure until I read IDW’s take on him and now I hate him. I can’t stand the character. Still love the figure.
