Happy Fat Tuesday!
It’s a quiet day on the news feeds this morning. I had some strange things in my feeds but nothing really toy related. Here’s a couple of mentionables for you to follow:
Bandai’s latest Ultra-Act Ultraman Ginga is available for pre-order overseas. I haven’t seen him pop up on Amazon.com or BigBadToyStore, but I’m certain they will be around in no time. You might remember I reviewed the v2 of the Original Ultraman not too long ago and found it worthy. My oldest is watching the Ginga series and already asked if he can get on for his birthday. We’ll see.
In other pre-order alerts, Game of Thrones series 2 is available for pre-order on BigBadToystore, as is series 1. Series 2 looks fantastic and I’ll have to break and buy these. I’ll have to check my sources and ask if series 1 is a new production run or just stocks from the first run. If it’s a new run of figures, can we hope for fixes in this production run?
Finally, NECA Pacific Rim Series 3 Kaiju Set is available on BigBadToyStore and Amazon.com. This wave includes the upgraded Knifehead, and while battle damaged is a HUGE improvement over the previous release. I recently picked up wave for my youngest as he’s a huge fan of the movies and figures, but Knifehead was ignored, can’t stand on his own, didn’t like the articulation and too small. Kids these days, so picky.
