My toy line is Marvel Legends: New X-Men. Marvel’s mutants have really been expanding lately, with multiple series focusing on the youngest of the X-Men, such as New X-Men, Young X-Men, Generation Hope and New Mutants. For the newest wave of Marvel Legends, we’ve decided to give the fans what they’ve been asking for by finally fleshing their X-Ranks and delivering seven brand new New X-Men figures.
This BAF assortment features six brand new figures that, when collected, contain the pieces needed to assemble your very own Rockslide action figure. Included in the line are:
Prodigy David Alleyne once had the mutant ability to absorb knowledge from anyone he came in contact with. When M-Day stole the mutant powers from millions of mutants around the globe, David was among those affected. Since then he has gained access to all the knowledge and abilities he has encountered throughout his life. David comes with his computer keypad. Includes the left leg of RockslideSurge Noriko Ashida is the hot-headed field leader of the New X-Men. She has the power to absorb electricity and expel it as an electric blast or in the form of super-speed. Surge is seen here with her trademark electrical gauntlets and bright blue hair. Includes the right arm of RockslideHellion Julian Keller is a hot-headed young mutant with an amazing telekinetic power. Hellion is able to fly, create force fields and unleash powerful blasts of telekinetic force. He was recently badly injured when his hands were blown up during a fight. The Hellion figure features his new mechanical hands. The hands are removable. Includes the left arm of RockslideBlindfold Ruth Aldine was born without eyes, yet she can see the future. The full extent of her powers are unknown, but Blindfold can predict the future and has limited telepathic powers. Blindfold is represented here in her Young X-Men costume. Includes the torso of RockslidePixie Megan Gwynn Is the first of the New X-Men to graduate to full X-Man status. Pixie was born in England and has pink insect wings that give off "pixie dust" that she can use to incapacitate her enemies. She recently gained supernatural powers such as teleportation. Pixie comes with her "soul-sword" dagger. Includes the right leg of RockslideAnole Victor Borkowski has reptillian powers such as green scaly skin, camouflage, a prehensile tongue and the ability to regrow severed limbs. Anole and Rockslide are best friends, often going out during the night dressed as superheroes and fighting petty crime. The Anole action figure is in his Young X-Men costume. Includes the head of RockslideFinally, the star of the show, Rockslide. Santo Vaccarro's body is comprised of solid rock and he has the ability to explode all or parts of his body and reform out of nearby rocks. The Rockslide figure towers over the other figures in the series and features removable hands to recreate his "explosive punch" power.
