Cyber Monday approaches as I write this, and will likely be come and gone by the time you’re reading this. A deluge of action figure product is beginning to roll into stores, and it won’t stop until the holidays are over. While the first half of the year is traditionally populated with toy announcements (Toy Fair, Comic Con), the second half of the year is traditionally populated with toys.
As we find all of the new product we’ve been waiting months on end for, we also have very little idea of what’s on tap for next year. Thus, it is the perfect time for us to roll out the much anticipated, highly deferred, Official Fwoosh Top Ten DCUC and Marvel Legends Polls!
Yes, we know. We have dropped the ball on this. Where once our Top Ten list shone throughout the land as a model of plastic-wishlist-nerdliness and a beacon of hope to both of the disciples of Angar the Screamer, its brilliance has dimmed and reputation diminished as we have let long tranches of time grow between ballots and *gasp* failed to present the results of last years’ poll entirely. We acknowledge our mistake. We are Brown Lanterns. However, we promise you that the new golden age of the Fwoosh Top Ten is at hand, and its best years lay before us.
