Count Nefaria from Dr. Impossible DCUC

1. Grab a Dr Impossible. Remove his cape and head. Tape body up

2. Spray paint the untaped bits with Duplicolor

3. Take off tape… carefully

4. Put on a boxset magneto head (or similar)

5. Start first coats of paint by hand, lotsa black, some red

6. Apply apoxie to head in order to form goatee beard. Put some apoxie on upper forearms to accentuate the glove look.

7. Paint up the cape with new colours

8. Do some finishing work (face, costume borders). Clear up any mistakes.

To do:
9. Make sure the “N” on his belt is nice and crisp

10. Crazy glue on the cape. This will actually be delicate because the cape doesn’t want to fit flush. Some exacto-ing is in order. And some rotary tool work on his upper shoulders to make uneven surfaces so the glue can find places to settle in to.

11. Put on some shiny b l i n g, probably to connect his cape around the throat
