It’s time for another DCUC Fan Poll, but just who are all of theses characters? Find out inside.

Uncle Sam

The true story of Uncle Sam in U.S. history is as believable as the DCU version. In the DCU, Sam was a patriot who was helping to supply the newly formed American government. He risked his life to get supplies to the troops, and though he was just a man his spirit lived on after his mortal life ended. He returned during the great World Wars to help and inspire the troops, fought along the all-star squadron, and formed his own group- the Freedom Fighters. Though he has met his demise during one of the recent crises his sprit returned to lead a whole new force of heroes.

Libra

Libra was a lower tier villain that took on the JLA in the past. He returned during final crisis and had a hand in killing some heroes and organizing the villains. Though he was thought to be a big player in the DCU, he has shown that he might have been a two time flash in the pan. His identity was shrouded in mystery, until it was revealed during Final Crisis, and all the build up did not live up to the hype. His costume design is vibrant, and he could be a cool character to add to the DCUC line.
