When I saw his Dragon Man a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait to see his next labor of love. I never guessed it would be Stilt-Man! Since this villain’s obscurity and proportions limit the chances that he’ll ever be produced as a mass market toy, seeing this custom was a delight.
