Bandai: New Dragon Ball and Star Wars Models at Japan Sports & Leisure Expo

Ah, nothing describes sports and leisure like Bandai model kits. Okay, maybe leisure, building a new Star Wars or Dragon Ball Z model is pretty relaxing. Shut up, this intro worked much better in my head. Don’t think about it, just look at pretty pictures…

Since I don’t keep up with the Star Wars vehicle models seeing the AT-AT is kind of new to me, even though it looks like it is hitting in March along with Yoda.

The AT-AT is in the 1/144 scale, which makes sense for a piece this massive. Here’s the promo shots that I missed.

But don’t worry about finishing out a Hoth scene in the smaller 1/144 scale, Bandai has you covered with a Snowspeeder and AT-ST set.

I don’t see any action figure models being shown, so we don’t know what is coming after Yoda.

But they are still showing the Dragon Ball Z Figure-rise Time Machine! I can’t seem to read the release date on the card. At least I assume it’s a release date.

I can’t imagine the shipping costs on it, being bigger than the Saiyan Pod. I actually had to cancel the Pod because it initially cost more to ship than the cost of model. No. Then I forgot about it, probably need to go back and pick it up. But first I need to get Androids 17 and 18.

It says right there on the placards that they release in April, so we don’t have to wait too long for our next DBZ model fix.
