It’s Jada’s online store for exclusives.

The new figures aren’t out yet but it’s where they previously sold Evil Ryu after Comic-Con.
I scored Dhalsim and Bison at Target yesterday. Both figures are as good as every other figure in this line. Each comes with so many accessories that they would easily be labeled "deluxe" figures had they been released by bigger toy companies. You get a lot for $25. It's so fun collecting this line.
Still haven’t found Bison or Dhalsim in the wild yet. Most likely I’ll just have to settle on the August preorder date.
That said, I think Jada should contact Shift Up and do some Stellar Blade figures for the US market. Now what outfit should they pick for Eve……….
I haven't found the latest two either. My store by work is clogged with Fei Long and couple Chun-Li and my home store may be on the bad list for putting Ryu and Fei on clearance for $7.50.
I get the importance of Target shelves, but it sure seems like the majority of collectors would've been better served if they didn't have to wait three or four months for BBTS, EE, or Amazon. It's not like the Target deal got Mega Man on the shelf (I'm assuming Target didn't want them).
What's the Target deal? Other than them carrying the line. Do they have a first to market kind of deal, like with some NECA product? I hit a few Targets each week. Sometimes multiple times a week. And I've never seen a single figure from this line. I've only been able to get them online. I think I'm averaging 2 figures every 6 months, so this isn't a line which generates a ton of interest for me. As I'm only interested in about a dozen characters, my interest was always going to be capped.
I know people are often wishlisting other brands for Jada to make into figures. I just wonder how capable they'd be of delivering product more frequently if they got a higher profile IP. Would they be able to meet consumer demand with higher frequency product?
As of right now, Jada absolutely can not handle a higher profile IP and deliver it on time. I can’t speak on the way they distribute their toy car lines, but as far as action figures, it would not be good for them or us if they got a a Marvel or DC level license. They’ve only released 2 waves of SF2 and each wave had figures that were late within their own wave. Chun Li late in wave 1. Dhalsim and Bison late in wave 2. It’s to the point they made a running change in the back box art where it used to show the 3 figure wave and now changed to just one pic of the figure in the box. I think Fireman was somewhat late also in their Megaman wave one line.
The factory change that happened between wave 1 and 2 is showing. Maybe in a year or two, Jada can be counted on to get bigger IPs for action figure. But they need to get their quality and distribution hammered out first. I like Jada but I’ve got as be honest about them.
@leor Juhn and Jada have said so much, it's just fans hoping they get those licenses
I would love for Jada to get bigger IPs. But again, so far, they wouldn’t be able to hack it. They are going through their learning curve and smoothing out their rough patches with action figure production so it will take time. Even if they get MK or Star Wars licenses next month and based on their distribution with SF, fans will not be happy nor the stores that order from them because barely any product will show up.
I don’t know the deal with Target or know if Jada ever answered any questions about why some stores don’t carry their product, but this may be an issue that was not Jada’s fault. I’m just guessing here but it’s possible places like Walmart didn’t want to take a chance in Jada video game figures for whatever reason. The biggest heads scratcher is GameStop. They carry all sorts of figures but did not want and Street Fighter or Mega Man figures? Weird.

Some people have been getting their hands on the red Chun-Li.
Simple repaint like P2 Paulmart Ryu it seems. No different accessories from P1 version. Do we have info on price and availability? I heard she was a possible Target exclusive with the red colors and all.
Jada just sent an email saying P2 Chun-Li is a target exclusive but gave no links or anything.
So, I suppose no one would know, but are we still getting the deluxe Pink Chun-Li with the extra victory head and hands? Like this red Chun is cool and all but I feel like I might as well wait for deluxe Pink Chun instead. I say "are we still getting" because the initial pink hinted release date was around this time.
Hmm. I may have to hunt her down. Normally I’m not worried about Target exclusives but I’ve yet to see any improvements on Jada SF2 distribution at the Target I frequent. I haven’t even seen Fei Long in a few months now.

Ah, so there’s two different pink Chun Li’s? I was about to ask if this one still came with the alternate head for the P1 version. I’d like P2 Chun Li, but that smiling P1 head was a big draw.
@leor, come to my town and buy the Fei Longs here. They’ve become the herpes of collecting, just when I think they’re finally gone and maybe we’ll get Dhalsim/Bison, I discover that Fei Long’s just been pushed to the back of the display. I imagine no store will order more SF until the Fei Longs are gone.
