Man. The rollercoaster of excitement I felt when I first saw these pictures and then saw what scale they were in. But maybe some of you out there would still be interested.
I know Captain Commando from Marvel vs Capcom and had his old ToyBiz figure, so I’d certainly be happy to get just him.
But the whole crew in 1/12 scale would be amazing. I’ve never even played much of the game, but they have a very specific nostalgic memory for me because I remember being enamored with the Captain Commando cabinet they had at the local Shoe Carnival when I was a little kid. I rarely convinced my parents to float me the quarter to play, but I watched the demo over and over again. That baby in the robot suit was my favorite.
Im still super excited even with this scale. We should probably change the thread title to "52Toys Capcom" as they're also doing Final Fight and Warriors of Fate. The former Im super excited for since I love the Final Fight cast a ton, and Warriors of Fate is the first time Hiroshi Motomiya's artwork has been turned into action figures. And for context, he's the author that put shonen jump on the map and inspired almost every author that was published there up into the 90s.
