In-hand images of Ultra Magnus are starting to show up. He’s taller than even Grimlock. That doesn’t bug me. I read that he’s similar in a lot of ways to the Masterpiece, with worse proportions but better articulation. This might be my most anticipated Transformer of the year. 

Snarl should be here either today or tomorrow.  Have there been any upgrade kits for it yet?

@mr-potatohead I use TFSafari as my default for checking on upgrade kits. They don't always have every set that pops up, but they have more than not. Plus, it's nice that you can search the official Transformer name and it will pull up any related official or 3rd Party set or figure of that character:

With BBTS having preorders for Sludge and Slag, does that mean a Grimlock reissue is coming too?  It's a fantastic figure and I know a lot of people missed out on him.

@captaincracker Is Slag really back up for PO? I saw the link listed as PO, but when I click it, it's a "Page not found" message. I saw their email saying that Sludge was available to PO, but didn't think Slag was involved.

@normdapito I guess he's not.  It was on the front page earlier and it still shows up in a search.  Same as you though, when I clicked on it just now I got nothing.

Last I checked there were quite a few upgrade kits for all 4 of them. Swords, guns, gap fillers, weapons they never had. Slag has like 3 different horn replacements, and a converter to turn his tail into a shield for whatever reason. Grimlock has some front teeth you can buy. I haven't seen anything on Snarl plates, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess those are gonna be hard, or close to impossible, to actually pull off. If I had the money I would at least buy new horns for Slag and all the swords and guns. Although the swords on eBay are a little lackluster. I prefer the ones from Shapeways but those are a bit more expensive after you add shipping. And they're 3d printed so they're kinda rough. But they look alot closer to the ones on the show. I bought them from there for the PotP Dinobots and I love them, even though they are a bit grainy.

Any word on when we'll see Swoop? And I know Slash wasn't in the movie but I'd love to have her. Just make her a deluxe or whatever they call the $25 figures nowadays and I'd be ok with that. The PotP is a little small compared to the SS guys lol. They don't even have to put her in an SS package. Just make her a legacy figure but make it so she matches the rest. And now that I know he exists, I want Scarr. And I wouldn't say no to an attempt at them doing a Scorn that looks like these ones. He looked awesome in the live action movie.

Nevermind, I think I read that wrong.  Didn't realize it was referring to Slash.  I had colonoscopy bowel prep this am and my reading comprehension must have been off.

Definitely Sludge

Loved the design of Scorn, the Spinosaurus. I agree that it would definitely be cool if Hasbro was able to create a G1-styled reimagined version of Scorn.
