It's Chad was where I first heard about Kup/Triple T and Mobat/Prime. So he is a pretty good source for this stuff.
Anyway:
Mobat/Prime already known.
Vamp/Hound just recently "more confirmed" by some Youtubers (Toy Habits, etc)
Sonic 2-pack already revealed.
Macross I think I heard something about it earlier but not sure. Either way my biggest desire would be a G1 Jetfire re-release. However I know that is highly unlikely so probably a Valkyrie of some kind maybe as Jetfire, but more likely as a Macross character.
No idea about Project Bear.
Mandrake. Was this Mando? I think I saw somewhere that this was Mando who is already released, but I might be mistaken. If so that would be great to see another SWxTF mashup. Though I wasn't particularly enthralled by the Mando.
Batman has to be a Batmobile that transforms into Batman right? I mean anything else would seem counter intuitive. Plus what sells better than Batman or a Batmobile?
Multiple waves of the NFL Collab? I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be something like all the teams helmets that transformer into either a generic robot, or maybe a franchise player on each team. Don't know for sure due to the multiple waves idea.
Will be interesting to see which way they go with this. Some think it will be existing molds modified to be MOTU characters. However I think they'll stick with the more common theme they have gone with in recent years and make MOTU vehicles that transform into MOTU characters (maybe) or new characters like with Ectotron, Agent Knight, etc.
HW1 and HW2 are obviously just more Hot Wheels vehicles based on Transformers.
Should be an interesting year ahead for mashups.

I wonder if the NFL collaborations are of mascots. Like the NY Jets would be the seeker mold painted in Jets green and white. I don't know teams well enough to come up with many other examples, but I imagine it would only apply to names that are objects or animals, not something like the 49ers.
