Wave 10 was revealed.   Kid Lion-O looks neat.   Snarfer makes sense, as Super7 certainly want to reuse some of Snarf (I'm assuming they're reusing parts).   Quick Pick is neat.   Dream Master Mumm-Ra is disappointing.

I wouldn't mind picking up some of the latest wave.  Snarf in particular.  Mongor and Willa well.  But I'm going to hold out and hope for some price drops.

I'm buying Snarfer, as that finishes the Cats for me. Kid Lion-O is super tempting, but I haven't bought any variants of the same character except for Mumm-Ra. I'm probably finished with the line now that the last teammate has been made. Quick Pick definitely deserves a figure, but Mumm-Ra probably should've been an exclusive.

I'd be tempted for some Berbils, but only as a multi-pack and not at $55 a pop.

Snarfer and Quick Pick for me. Young Lion-O is tempting, but not at full retail. I suspect retailers are cutting back their orders after multiple heavily discounted waves so I may never see him at a discount, but such is life.

This is a little disappointing - was hoping they'd continue the trend of at least one Lunatak per wave.   I have no interest in Mumm-Ra or Lion-O.  The other two, maybe.

Yeah, a complete set of Lunataks or Berzerkers seems highly unlikely at this point.

Just Snarfer for me.

Really odd assortment...

I'm honestly surprised by the Mumm-Ra inclusion... that seems like a low effort offering.   And the other three are all much smaller than normal characters, so if they all command the same $55 price tag -  that's some chutzpah from Brian for sure.      Like off set the small figures with one of the bigger Lunataks,  maybe?   Disappointed for sure.

But I'll still order everyone but that Mumm-Ra.   I just have no need for a translucent (?) version of the same Mumm-Ra I already have.   That's the kind of thing Brian normally saves for an exclusive, so dropping it into a wave makes me think they had to change some of their plans perhaps.

Quickpick was on an early want list for me, but now that my shelves are filling up (or reserved for Tigersharks), he got lined out.

About the only thing I do want from this list is that Sword of Omens stand. Not "$55" want it, but maybe "buy it off of one of you guys" want it.

I have mixed feelings about the new wave.  Although I really like the look of the translucent Mumm-Ra, he's not something I need when I already have the animated version as well as the toy version I picked up on a sale.  I'm not sure; maybe I'll leave him as something to get on sale.

Snarfer is one I was definitely looking for, although I wish he and Snarf were together for the price.  Snarfer completes what I think of as the main characters for me.

I'll probably get QuickPick as he will go well with Mandora and Captain Cracker.

I'm not sure if I'll get young Lion-O.  The figure looks OK, but I'm not sure it's something I really need/want.

Overall, I wish they had put in a Lunatak or at least a Berserker.  I feel like they were trying to save money here - re-using the Mumm-Ra mold plus two small characters who possibly reuse parts from Snarf and Willy Kat.  We know they also cut back on mailer boxes and I heard also possibly the slip covers won't come with Super7 figures anymore.

I think we're starting to get to the point where a lot of collectors will consider themselves done with Thundercats.  You have the main Thundercats, Mumm-Ra, and the mutants complete or will be complete.  Possibly as the number of pre-orders go down the more mold re-use and smaller characters will come.  I guess we will see in the future.  I'd personally like to complete the Lunataks and possibly the Beserkers.

Pre-ordered all but Mumm-Ra on BBTS.  I see the need for him though, cost-cutter of the wave.  Bigger companies selling millions of more figure than S7 to actual retail have to do the same thing too to budget for newer tooling, can't really fault S7 for doing the same.  Plus, it's a heavy hitter character.  Refreshes/anchors are needed.  I just wish I could get another shot at Ghost Jaga.  Not paying $200+ for him.  Wish he ended up in a regular wave and not this Mumm-Ra.

I got my wave 7 set 3-days early yesterday and have been saying "Snarf, snarf!" under my breath since.  I want all the Snarfs.  I want Berbils, I want Berbil army builder packs!  I'm 45 and can say I honestly did like all those dumb characters most people hate.  I like Ewoks too!

I predict this will be the first wave where all 4 figures don't go into production, a la Power Rangers Ultimates.

I'd be inclined to think that Mumm-Ra might be dropped but Jaga and clear Cheetara sold out super quick.  Of course I think very small numbers were made, probably a lot more Mumm-Ra will be needed to meet production.  Still sour over that Jaga!

Clear Jaga and Cheetara make sense to me, even though I didn't want them.  Clear Mumm-Ra?  I'm about 40 episodes into a Thundercats rewatch (first since its original broadcast run), and I have no idea what this version is referencing.

Is Snarfer using the same body as Snarf?  If so, there's reuse of the wave.   While Quick Pick is interesting, this wave is rather lackluster in appearance.

I'm curious about the idea that Spirit Jaga and translucent Cheetara "sold out super quick"...  If I recall correctly there were pre-order windows for those that were open for at least a month for each of them -  the bummer on those of course was that because they were Super 7 exclusives you had to pay up front and not when they shipped -  but still it's hard to blame Super 7 for low availability when there was a whole pre-order window open for each of those that anyone could jump in on.

The Mumm-Ra is officially called "Dream Master" Mumm-Ra so I think the idea is that this is an astral form of Mumm-Ra from when he infiltrated dreams.   I don't remember the character depicted as translucent,  but I think the idea of the figure is that its not a physical form - but a dream form of the character to justify the variant.    But, that's just a guess and I have no insight into Brian's or his team's thinking on the matter.

Yeah... I think the fact that all 3 of the $55 offerings in this wave are undersized, smaller characters makes it feel even less of a value than usual.     And the one figure that's bigger is priced at $75 for a figure that's entirely re-use.    So this wave definitely feels like it holds the least value of any so far.

The clear Mumm-Ra is from Dream Master episode: https://thundercats.fandom.com/wiki/Dream_Master

I'm hoping Snarfer isn't completely reusing Snarf's body, Snarfer should be slightly smaller.  I was thinking maybe they could make a smaller body and re-use the arms or legs, but it's hard to tell from the pictures the actual size of the parts.

I agree this wave feels lackluster.  I am not a completest on the line, but I have been getting most of the figures.  So far I've only skipped most toy versions and the reptilian pack.  I'll have to decide if I really want Dream Master Mumm-Ra and young Lion-O.  I was 50/50 on Willa and Mirror Lion-O, but ended up getting them since I was ordering the others from the wave.
