I just missed the four pack at my local Target today. Got there and a clerk was helping another collector out by looking in the back. He was also getting Mikey and the Casey set. I gave it a shot one town over following that, but their clerks had no idea what I was talking about and weren't able to help me out. At least I know one store I can cross off the list for the rest of the week as I try to hunt this thing down.
Still nothing at my store, at least from calling and asking. They're not going in the back to look for the stuff anymore. So annoying. Last couple events they brought the box out and let me get the stuff I wanted from it.
Hope the stuff shows up on Ali. Saw a few items on there already.

Are they actually supposed to go out the back and get it for you? Or have they been giving you stuff early at the last few events and they've possibly been told to stop doing that?
Unfortunately, I think all the items in this set (for cartoon at least) are not in the peg warming category. Almost everything is actual turtles or sought after characters (Casey, Usagi).
Yeah, I think you're right. This is going to be a tough one to manage to get everything.
@toonturts I don't think they were supposed to, but they were willing to before because they said the Neca rep is super inconsistent, or they didn't even have one for a long time, so that stuff was just sitting in the back never getting put out. Plus, I'm always really nice to the folks, but I think they have new ones working now.
It looks like the tourist Bebop and Rocksteady two pack is coming soon.
I wonder if they come with that mutated dragonfly/bug thing that Rocksteady flicks into the ooze.
I wonder how soon we're talking.
This is the year of getting main characters back out there. The notable exceptions thus far: Splinter and Shredder.
According to this tweet, the online portion of Neca’s Haulathon at Target starts on April 12

You always thought that because I was one of the few people to support the Loot Crate concept; because I love exclusive figures and thought the first main series of crates was a hit, (which it was).
Another wasted Target trip. At leas this time I got the guy that used to help a lot. Confirmed they have the stuff, but won't touch it until rep comes on Thursday.
"Limit of two per household"
Hmmmm, how about you just...make enough to go around? That seems like a better tactic than having everyone trample each other.
Creating scarcity generates hype.
