Am guessing it would have some kind of way to suspend it. They've done similar stuff with like the Predator vehicle and stuff.
Looks like at least one rep missed the Haulathon memo:
*HEAVY SIGH*
I don't get paid for another week, man...
Those were found in Texas, by two different people in two different cities.
I'm not ready...I'm just not ready yet. Argh.
Folks are finding stuff all over the place now, but my store either didn't have anything or wasn't willing to open the box that is probably sitting in the back.
Last(or second to last) NECA event, on a whim, I just called Target and asked to be transferred to electronics, then asked if they had what I wanted, and the person working confirmed it was in the back and that I could swing by and she'd get it for me. That was for the 4-bros Mirage pack.
Drove to the Target, found her in electronics, and she grabbed it. Doubt I would have gotten my hands on one by driving there every day. She mentioned someone else had called and got a set before me.
YMMV, but worth trying. Save the gas at least.
I used to do that a lot, but a combination of things made me stop. 1-they rarely answer at electronics, 2-recently they have stopped wanting to mess with any neca stuff in the back, and 3-my boss at work asked me to stop calling target all the time.
Some of the things in that diorama look so unfinished to me. I feel like it needs stickers. That said of course I will be getting it.
I have 3 bookcases right next to each other that are deep enough for these. The living room is in the center and I'm going to attempt to cut a circular hole through the sides to run a PVC pipe through (painted) to connect the holes in the sides of the dioramas so that they connect through the bookcase sides.
What kind of bookcase? I can't find a damn thing that I can fit these in or the castles from MOTU
@miraclemen it wasn't one that was made commercially available unfortunately. It was originally supposed to be a retail gift shop type display for plush. I got 3 of them at a salvage type store for around $50 each years ago. They are nice and deep though and the shelves are adjustable but they were ridiculously heavy to deal with.
The punk disguise turtles aren't cell shaded on their back halves, which is a little odd, as it is inconsistent with the rest of the line.
Also Samurai Usagi doesn't come with either of the two spears that the Samurai Usagi in the Year of the Rabbit four pack came with, which is a shame.
The Pizza Club Michelangelo is coming first of the Ultimates, but by the looks of things, only one or two per store, so it looks like the Cartoon Turtles will be in short supply once again...

It's not the same figure, so why should it? It makes them both unique, and if you want both, you had a chance to get the 4 pack already and will soon have the chance for the other.
This appears to be everything that's out for the first week. Not -as- much of a wallet raper, but still not fun:

UGH. Hopefully we get the "privilege" of overpaying for shipping from The NECA Store down the line...
