Restarting this as there doesn't seem to be one anymore. Was able to find red shirt Casey at my Target over the weekend, 4 per store. Was just put out. In other news, those still missing the 4 pack, it's still coming in and out of stock on Target.com so they are apparently still shipping them.

Really hoping I can find a Casey, as I avoided getting the first one because of this one.
And it would be even nicer if the 4pack & Toon April would show back up in stores for everyone to find them (since I never did).
Red shirt Casey will eventually be sold elsewhere so if you can't find him in-store or can't get one online Friday you'll have more opportunities in the future.
Does the red Casey come with the extra arms shown in the promos? I swear, I'v seen two versions, one with an alt head, and another with new arms.
It turns out Target has an eBay store, and they've had the 4 pack of turtles listed for $80 at one point in the last 2 days.
They sell returned or damaged items and will usually list if it was from online or in store.
Yes, he comes with two sets of arms and hands. He also includes an umbrella accessory.
Picked up Casey this morning after a local friend picked one up for me yesterday. So now he'll probably keep the one he got for me. I'm not even sure if I'm opening this one...

Welp, after showing up too late (finding plenty of Macreadies & Black Lagoon creatures) at SIX stores, I finally lucked out last night on my way to my mom's. It was the last one (it was a pretty decent store in general, too, I've never seen Jada Ryu or Fei Long in person before either, and they still had a lot of Mutant Mayhem stuff that has since disappeared from every other store I frequent, like the set with April - too bad Casey wiped out my expendable income until next payday).
I'm happy this particular search is over, and I am quite happy having passed on grey shirt/blue pants.
I'd pre-planned on giving him one of each arm as soon as I found out he came with the options, but BOTH joints on the bare left arm's elbow being stuck even after boiling it decided which combination I went with.
Still really like to get the Lawson set & really hope they rerelease/redo the NYCC Villains set (except for the 2023 SDCC sets, the only NECA TMNT con-exclusive that hasn't seen reissue in another format/venue). Someone on Facebook said the inclusion of a maroon/grey Foot Soldier on the back of the Best Buy Mutant Shredders' box means they're definitely coming, but he had nothing to back up that assumption. I mean, I literally only bought blue battle-damaged Shredder because I was sure they weren't going to (despite them LITERALLY just doing the Mutant Shredders in the EXACT same color scheme), and I wanted to make sure I had A Mirage Shredder instead of NONE.
