So, did everyone see the pics of Mikey and Skeletor today?  Mikey looks great, and I will definitely get him.  Skeletor is a bit odd to me, but I see how he fits in with the whole Mutagen and TMNT story.

But I probably won't get him.  I try to just get the TMNT characters in Origins style.  I don't even know if I will get all of them.  Definitely the 4 Turtles and Shredder.  Then maybe Splinter, and the Kraang and Slash Deluxe sets.

But what did you guys think of Mikey and Skeletor?

Mikey is a must to complete the turtles, obviously.  Skeletor is a must in any He-Man line, and I think he looks cool

I still wish I had a Sla'aker secured.

We were discussing in the FB group the possibility of a Bebop and Rocksteady Two Bad.

Count on getting Two-Bop. 

I really hope the hair is removable on Michaelangelo, I don’t hate it as it seems like something he would do, but I don’t know if I want him wearing that full time. I was under the impression we were going to get the fall waves revealed this week during the Creations event, but apparently that’s not until next Tuesday according to the MOTU Instagram? Since WWE is holding back most of their info until Wrestlemania weekend, I’m not sure what they’re even going to have for this Revealed event. 

Mikey looks goofy, but that’s appropriate for a Michelangelo. That glow Skeletor is kind of cool, but I too am mostly focused on the TMNT characters. If he looks really neat in person though (or hits clearance like Mouse-Jaw) I could bite.

So as I understand it Mattel had this tease for their event. They called it creators at play or something like that. I have only seen the pics on Instagram but Toy Habits grabbed screen shots of Mutated He-Man next to Michelangelo in armor with an “M” on the chest, gold like battle armor or thunder punch He-Man. He is also wearing a wig like the mini comic shows. Next to him is Shogun Glow Skeletor. He reminds me of the glow skeleton warriors they did. And yes seeing that has me interested in buying that two pack… 

Im a lost cause. I want fun toys but I want too many toys. I need to quit buying Marvel Legends and Star Wars Black Series… they just aren’t as much fun lately.

These latest reveals look so much better than what has come out so far IMO.  Maybe I'm just more into the TMNT side of the line rather than the MOTU characters, I don't know.  Either way, I'll likely be hunting for a few of these!

I’m hoping this line isn’t over after four waves, these are a lot of fun. 

What a great surprise. As fun as these are, I think I'm only in for Mikey, Two-Bop (just too good), Splinter and Leatherhead. Maybe the Skeletor and Ninja He-Man to go with the TMNT figures.

Also, Hordak just kinda feels thrown in?

So that Leatherhead and the sorceress Aprill are must haves -  and to this point Kraang is the only one of these from this line I've really wanted.    But those designs are great.    I've even got my eye on Shredder and that samurai skeletor....  crazy.   Even that Be-Bop/Rocksteady/Two-Bad mash up is pretty cool...
