Mondo announced at NYCC 2024 that they will be releasing 1/6 scale TMNT figures, with designs that will be their own take on the characters.

Paramount is allowing them to unleash their full creative juices to develop these, and their figures will potentially take a piece of inspiration from every TMNT iteration to date. This line has a lot of potential, particularly when you see what they have already done with their 1/6 scale MOTU line for example. Peter Santa-Maria, Senior Creative Director at Mondo, joked about if TMNT has ever appeared on a toothbrush, they can even draw inspiration from that.

The first figure to be released in the line will be Donatello, and the renders shown off so far look very intricate and detailed. This is certainly a good (and expensive) time to be a TMNT fan!

Recently got into collecting 1/6 scale figures, so I'm intrigued by this line. I've seen the renders of Donatello, but are there images of any of the other Turtles?

I'm hoping the Turtles end up on the short side for 1/6 scale. That way if/when they do characters like April and Shredder, they'll be appropriately taller.

Doubt I'll get a response, but can't hurt to ask. Has there been any word on a standard release for Donnie?

Have not heard anything.  I wonder what they would remove?

@jtmarsh I feel like they originally listed which accessories were exclusive to the Timed Edition, but I can't seem to find that list anymore, so I might be misremembering. That said, there are plenty of accessories, so as long as they don't reduce it down to just the figure for the Standard Edition (assuming there ever is one), I'll be happy.

Leo looks really good. Hopefully we won't have to wait too much longer to get confirmation of a standard release for Donnie. Would suck if these ended up only being released as timed exclusives.
