I think I'm still just sticking with just the Turtles. Shredder looks excellent though. So do those Foot.

That's one of the best April figures I've ever seen, at least in promo images. I wasn't planning on getting an April in this line, but now I think I have to. Splinter looks fine. Very 2k3 inspired, which seems to be a trend for this line.

I’d like to see some scale pics between April, Splinter, and the Turtles.

the Turtles are already huge, if April is bigger than them, she’s too big for 1/18 scale. I’m also *personally* not a fan of a big Splinter with big Turtles, like if the Turtles are kids (Nick era) sure make him bigger, he’s their dad. But if the Turtles are man sized (2k3 and before, Bay movies, this toy line) Splinter needs to be Turtle sized or smaller, he looks really lanky I’m afraid he’ll be too big.

Edit: oh duh! Scale is listed on the photos! So April is slightly smaller than the Turtles and Splinter smaller than her…

Okay, that is a really fantastic April.

I was fearing they'd be FirstAppearance Thing or Hulk sized, but they come in at about 5'6" against 6ft 18ths, imho:

I accidentally ordered an extra Joytoy Donatello.  Thought I was ordering Leonardo.  So I had to order Leonardo.  I've never tried returning something to Aliexpress, even though the seller said it's "free returns."  If anyone is interested in him, let me know.  I'm thinking $35 plus shipping (what I paid).  Let me know.  Otherwise, it's going on ebay or I'll try the free return.

Today it is!

I got my order of turtles from 5k last week and, as I expected, they're awesome. I really like the novelty that is 1:18 scale toys especially when they're well executed. I more or less had convinced myself that I'd love them before getting them in-hand so take my opinion with a certain degree of skepticism. Definitely looking forward to adding a few more from this line to the display.
