2 Things.

1.)  A month or so ago I posted here that Yakface hinted we will be getting more EU stuff this year beyond the 4 Pack that just went up for pre order with Luke and Mara Jade.  Well, Lukenessmonster on YouTube said Yakface had hinted again somewhere about these EU figures, and made it sound like we were in for some great characters that Yakface thought Hasbro would never get around to.

Who that could be, I don't know.  But I would love to see any of the likes of Kyle Katarn, Dash Rendar, or Prince Xizor.  Or any Sith or Jedi.  Still, very excited that we are getting more EU this year.

2.) I had never got around to buying one of the Disney Parks exclusive sets.  The First Order set with Hux.  I know some folks don't care for the Sequel trilogy, but no matter what this is a great set.  General Hux looks great finally getting the real scan technology treatment.  And I love the First Order R5 Droid and AT-AT pilot.

Very nice looking, fun set.

The Hux is indeed a great release AND I just found out the Disguised Finn figure's hat fits right onto Hux's head, if you want him wearing a hat!

Everyone may have known this for years, but I just ended up with that figure in a lot and knocked it right off. I decided I didn't want to block Hux's good face with that hat. 🙂

I waited on R5 specifically so I could order the new set coming out. Never got the Pit Droids in the Disney set earlier either, so I'm actually quite excited for this new set. But I agree- it makes the lack of Peli all the more egregious. "This is outrageous! It's unfair! How can we have her entire droid squad but not her?" They can even throw in a basic Grogu or  with her to pad her out if they want (as long as it doesn't push her into deluxe territory). Amy Sedaris deserves better, dangit!

So I've got eight or ten figures I bought two of by accident and I always get mad at myself for it, but I just pre-ordered Momaw Nadon a second time because I forgot I pre-ordered him the first time, and now I know how I keep ending up with duplicates. 

I should do something with the extra Hunter and Crosshair I got by accident since they seem to have retained value, but I've got a bunch I can't even give away to friends these days too. 

@docsilence Would you want to post a list on here? I know we don't have the PM option anymore for trades etc but maybe something can be worked out.

@ru1977 Y'know, that's not a bad idea. They're all nice figures still mint in the box, I just like, ordered from Dorkside AND Pulse or something like that a bunch of times during the past few years. Some aren't that hard to find on their own either, but some are. I'll do a quick inventory and share the list. I hate that they're going to waste sitting in my studio when someone could be enjoying them.

I don't do a lot of pre-orders, but when I finally broke out my Black Series I discovered I had three Aaylas and three Emperors and 3-POs. Then I ended up buying another Emperor to get the throne and another two 3-POs in lots. Ah well. And I'm thinking of using the Aayla as a base body for Mustafar Padme, since the legs are close. 🙂

Unrelated random thought of the day about Black Series inspired by watching the latest episode of Bad Batch - think we'll EVER get Agent Kallus? I know they did a good job with the main crew from Rebels but it feels a bit neglected with some of the supporting cast and Bad Batch for reasons tangential, made me remember how much I hoped we'd get him (and a few others). 

@docsilence after they did the inquisitors from OWK, I'm really hoping some from Rebels will be done too.

In other news,I did get the single R5 but went ahead and ordered that set. Luckily a friend wants the new R5 so, win win.

Marrok has been the closest to this feeling I've had in this line for awhile - he's just really cool looking and fun to pose. For a literal fart in the wind, nothing character.
