I think the 4 pack looks nice! But I'm really only interested in 2 of the 4 figures, so I'll either wait for a sale or the possible inevitable single release (they always say X figure isn't going to be released outside of whatever exclusive pack, but so far, the track record has shown otherwise).
Nice that they're releasing a Clone & Battle Droid army building pack! Not entirely what the people asked for, but it's not far off, either. I hope to see more variations of it in the future, especially a Night Trooper pack.

Lando as a Coruscant Guard was the first parts-switch custom I ever did, heh. I think a pair of guards would be the most tempting SOTE figure for me still.

I would take a day off from work to preorder that set. No exaggeration. I'd block off a whole day not to miss it.
I'd definitely buy any Shadow of the Empire figures they produce, if they ever got around to it. I always kinda had an anti-soft spot for Dash Rendar (Kirkland Brand Han Solo to my childhood eyes) but I have enough nostalgia about that series I'd still buy them all.
They should at least do Dash and Xizor.
I'm not even super fond of SOTE, but it was a really big deal at the time. The everything-but-the-movie marketing push, which (I think) made it the biggest Star Wars thing outside of the original trilogy at the time. Toys, books, comics, video games... they put out its own soundtrack! Looking back, it seems like everything Lucas did in the 90s was leading directly into Phantom Menace, and for at least some of that it's probably true, but living it at the time... I was just thrilled to be getting new content when I was positive Star Wars was finished. POTF2, SOTE, Dark Forces 2, Rebel Assault 2, Dark Empire... they were all huge at the time (to me at least). And of course it's all overshadowed by the movies and shows they've done since, but I definitely see all those things as worthy of being honored.
Now that Galen has been made, I think Talon and Krayt are probably the top 2 of my wants list. I would like more Galen outfits, at least a couple, like his Sith getup, his TFU2 cover, and the cool black and silver armor he was sporting for one. The Shadows figures are probably pretty high up there too. If I had to pick a list
Talon, Krayt, Shaak Ti, Book of Boba Fett Boba Fett (skinny pants, not the one we already have), Jacen Solo, Moff Gideon in the armor, Kyle Katarn, the KotoR crew, and then the entire Shadows crew. Including Luke with the cool yellow vest and Han Solo looking duds. Thats probably the order I want them as well. But the Shadows of the Empire crew needs to all be done in short order. Do like 2 or 3 waves of them. Luke (vest, and guard), Chewie, Dash, Xizor, Guri, Leia in the blue getup, and Lando. I'm sure we won't even see half of those.
Also, I have a feeling Talon is possibly on their no can do list, cause, bewbs. Her outfit is a little too risqué for them if they're not willing to do a new Slave Leia. Or if they did do her, they'd try to take the sexy out of her.
The only 4 pack I can really think of that I'd want right now is the Mantis crew. Repack one of the Cal figures (preferably Survivor), and give us Survivor Merrin, Cere, and Greez. Merrin and Cere, I'd imagine, could have at least some reuse from some figure somewhere, even from a different line. But since they don't seem to want to give us many named characters from the Jedi games, just knock some of the mains out in one fell swoop.
Also, got the Mace and trooper 2 pack from Pulse yesterday. Haven't opened it yet; I'm debating which CW Mace I like better. There's something about the Tartakovsky version that just feels a little cooler to me- the robes, probably. But I'm happy to have CG CW Mace too. Worse comes to worse, I can either sell him or try my hand at a kitbash.
I'd love more fell swoops in this line. Three or four members of Task Force 99 would be amazing. Two pack of the navy commandos from Force Unleashed too. I would have bought that TFU set at full price and never regretted it had it been the navy commandos.
