I'm a little bummed that I missed the entire 'are humans in fiction actually humans' conversation but like..yes. They are.

Also, it is borderline criminal that we don't have a Dash Rendar figure yet. It seems like he was a favorite of ever SW fan within a certain age group -- basically those of us that bought his PotF figure and were like 'who the fuck is this guy?' Really surprised Hasbro isn't tapping harder into that market considering they definitely are tapping into that almost exact same demographic for Marvel and Joes (and Power Rangers).

And even though I'm once again purging my SW collection down to about 25% of its current size, and have very few SW figures on my 'to buy' list at all right now, I would absolutely buy a Dash Rendar. So put that in your pipe and smoke it. Or don't. Smoking is bad for you.

Dash Rendar figure would be amazing, he's on the short list of NEED figures.

Dash, Mara, and Kyle carried the torch for some fans until Lucas started making movies again.

Prince Xizor
Dash Rendar
Kyle Katarn
Durge
Clone Empreor
Jedi Leia
Darkside Luke
Darth Krayte, Talon, Bane, and Plagueis
The Kids of Luke and the Kids of Leia
Exar Kun
Lumiya

I'm glad we are at least getting that EU 4 Pack this year, but Yakface has rumored we may see some more EU surprises for 2024/2025.

Yes to everyone on this list. Especially the three remaining kids of Luke, Mara, Han and Leia. A Jedi robe Jaina would be nice too.

Also Yakface hinted at more EU characters? If so that will make my day, thanks for that!

Yup. I was one of them. The EU stuff was awesome back then. Solo kids, NJO, Shadows of the Empire. Such great stories and characters. But I did love the prequels when they were released too. And still to this day enjoy them.

I guess for me it was Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight, Rebel Assault 2, and Dark Empire. Dark Empire, for me, was first and I was just thrilled to see some new Star Wars out there before I'd finally given up on new movies by then, and those two computer games blew my mind because it was actual new Star Wars footage they'd shot with Star Wars costumes, props, and new ships. I was still excited for SOTE when that happened but not as much as those other three things. Oddly though, I don't think I'd collect any figures from Dark Empire, DF2: Jedi Knight, or Rebel Assault 2. I still appreciate that they happened and enjoy my memories of them though.

Agree 100%, and every one of them needs to be brought into the current canon.

Seen some reviews of the new Ani and Padme from TPM on youtube -- not sure if I need these or not. Padme's head still looks a bit off to me.

They give her the Starkiller faded hairline - not sure why, she doesn't have a buzz cut. Super odd choice.

BUT - I'm so excited for these two figures. They really are two of the biggest puzzle pieces my TBS series is missing.

UNTIL I saw the end of this guy's video:

Skip to the end to see his custom TPM collection - Boss Nass, Panaka, TC-14, Sebulba, Yoda - and everyone else is nicely customized and de-glossed.

Jealous. Thanks for the heads-up on the videos!

The minute I saw you mention the custom collection, I knew which reviewer you were talking about. While I appreciate how he gets his reviews up early and how nice his customs look, it’s frustrating that the majority of his comparisons are with versions of figures most people don’t have.

I found credit collection Bo Katan at Ollie's for $10. So I bought a couple. I used the one to do my custom with the Scarlet head I wanted to do, which was actually a bit easier then using the regular Bo Katan cause of the colors. And the other I'll keep moc cause I love Bo Katan and the package is near perfect. Here are some pics. I'm really happy with how this one turned out.

So, anyone going to pre order any of the stuff going up tomorrow?

I hope to get the Amazon Jedi: Fallen Order 3 Pack, and the 2 Figures on Wal-Mart (Greef Karga's Droid and the Female Mandalorian)

Shoulda known WalMart collector con wouldn't be too easy. Have both the droid and Night Sister in my cart (really only want the droid), but it's not letting me check out. Tried on desktop and mobile for almost half an hour now. Still showing as in-stock, but I'm sure they're not. Oh, WalMart. Is it you or is it me?

I had too easy a time getting the two figures from Walmart just now. I literally forgot they went up at 10 EST, walked the dog, did some work, made coffee, got an alert from Pulse that one of the exclusives was available there too in limited stock, went to Walmart's site, and... I really didn't plan on getting both, but a Mandalorian generic on a female body is a nice addition and I really am a sucker for a nice droid variant. I'm also not buying a TON of Black Series these days, so two random figures that'll show up later this year isn't a terrible thing.
