I can almost guarantee the SBD will get a solo release at some point. But it'll probably be after they try to sell some extra 3P0 packs. Or maybe for an AotC anniversary wave or something. And I bet you the market is flooded with 3P0 battle droids for cheap for years to come lol.

I don't understand how anyone could have thought of that. It's like they're trying to sabotage the line on purpose. Super Battle Droid looks great. A set of him and a regular droid would be awesome and sell very well. So WHY? Someone on the Hasbro team just hates their customers or they on the layoff list.

Bundling an army builder with a figure that isn't one is dirty pool.  All they had to do was put in the regular battle droid head, or just skip the threepio head in this pack, and it would have been all good.  But this is just wicked greed that I can't help but see as designed to get double the money from impatient army builder fans.  🙄 

I've been wanting a super battle droid forever, but not like this.  I may skip this on principle, but more likely I'll buy one and just hope they do a single release on the super battle droid.

I don't even understand how it can be greed. This would sell a lot more with just a regular battle droid. There is actually zero reason to make it C3P0 at all.

I skipped the set. I really want multiple SBDs but not like this. Essentially paying $49.99 for the dirty variant. If it would have came with the droid head, I would have bought the limit of 3. 

I'll go crazy when the mainline releases. You just know it's coming. Plus, I already have the SHF Geonosis Battle droid with the Theeprio head, and that is leagues better than the BS droid mold.

Then another stupid decision. Then something great. I'm almost convinced they don't know what they're doing half the time and just getting high in the office and throwing out ideas like college kids. "Yknow what would be great, let's make all the helmets way too big for the figure so they all look like bobble heads. I like bobble heads. We should just make bobble heads. Hey you know what else I liked, that 2 seconds 3P0s head was on that battle droid. We should totally make a 2 pack with an army builder and that 3P0, so everyone can army build the 3P0." "You're a genius bro. And then later, we can make a 3P0 on that body, with a bobble head."

F the suits making these decisions. We can’t say we’ll skip it as the suits will say I guess they don’t want Super Battle Droids…

F the suits and their multi-thousand dollar bonuses while the real workers get walking papers. 

F the freaking azz wipes who continue to yank collectors around. 

I’m buying the damn toy pack and will stomp the freaking B1 with 3PO head into oblivion. It’s one of the stupidest moments in the prequels and cheaping out by not including an alternate head is a slap in the face.

Hasbro knows how to kill the joy of finally getting the SBD. Oh yeah in 2025 or there abouts there will be a single offering of the SBD.

You know how you can make more money from the mold is by selling more figures produced by that mold. Yes the B1 mold exists but you still have to spend plastic resources to make it and also put ann ugly ass head on it to include in a pack to sell for $50. Just sell two SBD figures in a pack one with dirt on it and one without or a different dirt pattern. You are still getting more offerings from the same mold.

I agree 110% reefer shark. Marrok is legit one of my favorite Black Series figures in 2023.  It's just a cool looking figure.  I pre ordered the 3PO/Super Battle Droid set today.  I am always so happy when we get prequel trilogy stuff.

I usually keep right on top of things, but I had NO IDEA that was going up for pre order today lol.

I seriously don't understand who made this decision and how it was approved. It's just stupid from business side. I'd buy 4 or 5 sets if there was a regular droid there. And I don't do "army building" usually. Now I'm not buying any. Like...how. 

It's why they need to higher some fans who actually would buy these things instead of yes men who just want a paycheck for design and approval positions. Not that it matters cause we'd probably be the first to get shit canned anyway.

While that is always a possibility, with anyone, there are some things I don't like to compromise on. And I wasn't necessarily saying me. There are alot better choices out there lol.
