I don't do VC much anymore but I did preorder Ventress and Kallus.  I really like those characters, plus I wanted Kallus to join the rest of the Ghost crew.

Agree that SM-33 is too expensive.  I'd like to get him, but it will be a sale/clearance or not at all.

I love the Ventress black series figure, and I'll get her TVC counterpart, but I'm kinda disappointed it's just a shrunk version. I would have loved her comic costume that briefly appeared in The Clone Wars too:

Luminara and Shaak Ti soon, I've seen some in hand images on reddit!

I'm excited about Luminara and Shaak Ti.  I always love getting Jedi and Sith the most.

I got Savage Oppress recently, and he is immediately a figure of the year candidate.  I love this figure. very big, great range of motion, and plenty of detail.

  I got the Sadows of the Empire 2 Pack in the mail today with Luke and Leia. It feels good getting SotE figures in Black Series.  I was so happy when Xizor came in, and now I have these 2 to put with him.  Let's hope Dash Rendar isn't far behind.

I got Xizor, Bacara, and a few other odds and ends since the board was down. I must say, most of the stuff black series is doing lately is really nice. Some head scratch moments but otherwise it is definitely doing better then it was before.

I found the blue Christmas Mando for $10 at Ollie's recently too. So I bought 2 of them. 1 is staying sweatshirt version and the other om gonna paint a bit. Probably give him some silver bits and paint over the sweater printing.

And i found a decent deal on Chewie and 3po in the 2 pack, so I'm waiting for that to get here. I bought a bunch of wookies lately to have a small army. Some of them are gonna be altered in some fashion. But i got the white christmas one and comic black k, as well as the chewie from solo that I may end up changing too.

I also got the Fallen order Amazon 3 pack.  The lightsabers are orange? Why? They should be red. They gave baylan and shin red ones, and Cal and Trilla orange ones. One of those head scratchers. But otherwise it's a nice set. 

*edit* And the 3po from the 2 pack had his little piston thing break on his left hand right out of box. Nothing on the seller. It seems to be a common thing and it's a Hasbro problem. So I'm trying to figure out solutions to fix him or replace the part. Otherwise him and Chewie are both probably the best versions I've seen in this scale.

I don't really collect Star Wars figures much anymore, but I would DEFINITELY get that figure.

I have so many fun memories of playing "Shadows of the Empire" on Nintendo 64 back in the '90s!

A couple really great reveals. Was really nice to finally see Merrin, and Turgle and Skoova Stev were amazing surprises. Would've loved it if that Cal pack had more lightsaber colors, but the different hilts are more than welcome too.

I'm surprised there weren't more ROTS anniversary reveals. There's that leaked Magnaguard we saw, and I can't imagine they'd do an anniversary wave without Anakin and Obi Wan. The two old figures are in desperate need of a proper redo with updated articulation and face printing. Those Archive releases didn't quite cut it, especially for Obi Wan.

Still hoping we'll see a Stranger figure sooner rather than later.

Really disappointed we didn't see ROTS Obi Wan and Anakin. They're been leaked before, we know they're coming, why are they torturing us like this. Han looked awesome, but that was honestly all I really cared about.

I got Shaak Ti (and Luminara) over the weekend and I’m thrilled to finally have this character.

I said before, when they made Filonni in creative head of Star Wars, I just assumed Shaak Ti was a lost cause… because why would you want Shaak Ti, a boring character with like seven dubiously canon death scenes, when you could have Filonni’s very special OC Ashoka who’s the same species lived forever and had adventures in all three trilogy time lines and has lots of different outfits!!! 

I know people younger than me have come around on the prequels, and hey I get it, I fucking love the Raul Julia Street Fighter movie even though it’s very bad… but the prequels are still bad movies (though by law of averages “the Rise of Skywalker” is soooo bad makes the Sequels the worse trilogy, so well played prequels! Time made you the winner) but Shaak Ti, Aayla Secura, and Kit Fisto will always be peak Star Wars designs to me, so I’m glad to finally have the three united at last!

I can't wait for more prequel jedi. When I was a kid they were always my favorite figures, just because the variety of looks was really cool and fun as a kid. Very toyetic. I wish George didn't try and make every saber in existence just blue and green. But luckily those got expanded.

Ive been on a droid kick a little bit cause I'm finding some of them really cheap. I got both of Aphras droids, 1-Jac, the newer R5 D4 from the Target pack, the black and red R5 from that exclusive pack (cause I love the colors), and I have IG 11 on the way from ebay. I don't know why I skipped on the droids before. They are really fun to mess with. They just didn't excite me. Now I preordered the R2 from wal mart for next month. I like most of the new r2 mold compared to the old one, except how the tools work. I kinda liked them popping out when you open the panel. The new system seems like more of a hassle, but you can have more gadget arms at once, not that astromechs do that alot. But the size is a really big improvement. I want a Goldie from CW. I always loved that color scheme too. And Obi Wans red R4.

Looks like the Ronin and R5-D56 set is up for order at Pulse today.

It's an attractive set but not a $70 set for me.   I dig the black and white motif, with the light saber being the only shock of color in the set.   The droid with the japanese straw hat cracks me up... like it's a genuinely funny image.

I picked up the Shriek Hawk Two pack and Single Shriek Hawk today.  I had never bought them, when they came out last year.  But I really like them a lot.  Fun, random ass Mandalorians.  Totally worth having.

I don't think we've discussed it here yet, but I'm so happy Hasbro re-upped with Disney on the Star Wars license.  We are probably all set on Hasbro making Black Series at least through 2028.  I hope they can keep getting out Prequel and Original Trilogy characters.

It has always been my hope to at least have everyone that had a Hasbro POTF 2 figure from the old 4" line.  We still need some characters to finish that off like Beru, Owen, Garindan, Death Star Gunner, Nien Nunb, old Anakin Skywalker, Ree Yees, etc.
