I did pre order Anakin and Rex today.  Both really look nice.  I may end up getting a second Anakin at some point.  it's always nice to have multiples of main characters.

I am so glad we are getting Shaak Ti, Luminara, Barriss, Jedi Temple Guard, and Pong Krell this year.

While I want every Jedi possible from the Prequel era, if we could just get Saesee Tiin, Agen Kolar, Eeth Koth, and Quinlan Vos, I would feel satisfied even if we got no other Prequel Jedi.

But again, I hope we can get more.  Coleman Trebor, Pablo Jill, Adi Gallia, Stass Allie, Depa Biloba, Yaddle, Evan Piel, Yarael Poof, Oppo Rancisis, Bultar Swan, Zett Jukassa, Coleman Kcaj...... just let it rain Prequel jedi.

First of all -  are there seriously two prequel Jedi named Coleman?   That's weird.   And could it be more obvious that the surnames for those two guys are just English first names spelled backwards?    trebor is robert and kcaj is jack - that is some lazy ass naming convention.

A few of those other names just look like someone was randomly pulling names out of a phone directory.   OK now I hate all of the background jedi and hope none of those dopey ass names get figures,  sorry Super Camel.

One of the good things about many of the prequel Jedi is that you could essentially do most of them with existing parts- basically the existing Jedi robes, with maybe a new soft goods overlay or something, like Plo had. Heck, some of them are basically the same character, just played by a different actor- Eeth Koth and Agen Kolar, Stass Allie and Adi Gallia (I know they're not literally the same character, but for all intents and purposes, they kind of are- one is introduced only after the other stops appearing in the movies). I feel like Hasbro would be fools not to do Yaddle, especially now that they have a more size-accurate Yoda. She'd essentially be the same from the neck down, with just a new head and some new robes, so some easy re-use of unique parts. If they don't think she can sell well enough on her own, throw her into one of the Clones of the Republic 2 packs, or in a pack with a Young Dooku. I'm sure there's an Evan Piell that could be cobbled together from all the shorter characters, as well. The biggest question is who is popular enough to sell well. When it comes to the secondary Jedi, there certainly are A-List, B-List, and so on. But even the C and D-listers would be picked up by hardcore fans, even if their mass market appeal is a bit smaller.

@panthercult

They happened in the 1/18th line, so they need to happen in the 1/12th.  And P-Cult........you're gonna love em!

You'll be begging for some Colemans.  Mark my words.

You're right though, that is exactly how they named the Colemans, and those other names are all batshit too.  Zett Jukassa is just George Lucas's son, Jet Lucas.  So, even that they just lazily switched and added some letters.

The guy thinks up all these creatures, planets, technologies, vehicles, and storylines, with such meticulous details. But when it's time to name someone, he just flips some letters around in the actors name. Thats where he draws the line on deep thought.

I guess if I was in Star Wars my Jedi name would be Lemac Supra or some shit. (Because Super Camel is my birth name by the way.)

The Colemans, especially Trebor, were named after ILM animation director (I THINK that was his title) Rob Coleman. If you ever watched the BTS stuff for the prequels, he is seen a lot but the one that always stood out to me was helping Lucas decide on the design for Dexter Jettster.

There are so many things I just can't retain, such as tasks at work, yet that was all from memory. I used to pride myself on that stuff but now I feel defeated for some reason. I remember when they decided how Dexter Jettster would look. Yay.

None of that stops me from wanting a Sha'a Gi.

Walmart had Holocomm Collection Mae's for $2.00. Bought 11 of them just for the light discs. Was getting just 10 of them along with the Black Series Shriek-Hawk trainers ($14.78), but needed 1 more for free shipping. Now the former are $10 and the latter is $41.99. Made out pretty great.

That's part of the package, being a nerd, no? I struggle to do basic math, but you want me to name background Jedi #4? I got you. Even my boyfriend, who is another huge Star Wars nerd (we asked each other Star Wars trivia on our first date), sometimes looks at me and says "How do you remember all this?!" Other stupid talents include remembering an obscene amount of song lyrics and recognizing celebrity voices without a face. Nothing even remotely marketable, but if you need someone for trivia, I'm your guy! 🤣

YakFace posted that Sebulba, Shaak Ti, and Luminara are starting to arrive in the US and Canada from overseas, so hopefully they'll be in our grubby little hands soon enough. Really looking forward to them! Ahsoka and Aayla aside, it's been a bit of a Sausage Fest over at the Jedi Temple.

@tfitz What are you gonna use those discs for? I imagine they could make for a pretty awesome display.

@joshsquash729 heh that is all awesome though. Another unmarketable skill I have is being able to name any movie I've seen by the credit music. Back when we had video tapes, me mom and I would record at the slowest speed today 3-4 movies on each tape (and I typed up a log to keep track of what was on which tape, so I've always been this obsessive) and sometimes she would put a random tape in and of course it would be at the end of whichever movie we had watched on it last, and quiz me. Like you said, utterly unmarketable but I was infallible. I was also adept at the Kevin Bacon game because I was great at filmographies, even with movies I hadn't seen, but that stoped in 2011 when my son was born. Now I have a massive gap since then and mostly only know marvel and Star wars movies.

I used to work with a guy who could accurately predict box office profits and I was always so envious because that is heavily marketable, but he only ever worked at a video store. Surely a studio would love him.

@normdapito Most for an Iron Man armory display, and maybe a couple for lighting up a Bar facade (might just use a mini led string). I want the miniature liquor bottles to be lit from underneath. This will be the first facade I've ever made. Been looking up tutorials on youtube.

Someone posted this on Reddit. It's all clearance standard release Acolyte figures at a Target somewhere.

I never saw the standard figures on the pegs at my Targets, just the exclusives. Were they ever even offered online by Target?

I'm fairly certain if those had been distributed to stores in December, a good chunk of them would've sold through at regular prices.

Target is a mess.

That's nuts!! When Target wasn't putting all seven figures in an ML-wave online or in-store, it messed up their whole inventory of those waves and those extra figures are pretty much now the only ones available on their website. My Target got a case of nothing but Thor L&T Valkyrie before Christmas.

For the Acolyte figures I kept track of my final prices after buying and returning a few times and I got:

Osha - $6.43

Mae - $11.54

Indara - $16.54

Yord - $13.62

Jecki - $16.24

Sol - $14.63 (but then free because they refunded the wrong item on an order)

So instead of $150 MSRP, I got them for $79 - but really $65. And I'm still a little tempted not to keep Osha or Sol.

I did go crazy and buy 16 Holocomm Mae figures when she was $2 - the pucks are great.

I'm pretty sure all the Acolyte figures will end up at Ollies for $9.99 in the next few months.  I will actually buy all the Jedi again if that happens just for the lightsabers and robes.
