I realize now I haven't even looked in this thread in over a week! I was wondering if I'm even getting any BS figures this year, plotting out my spending etc, and that's really awesome we're probably getting the Stranger. Yay! I'll be happy if that's all we get off my list this year before I really want him, and also my money is still going mostly to Joe Classified anymore.

Some other things that have leaked besides the Stranger are Pong Krell (a Jedi from the Clone Wars Cartoon) and the Jedi Temple Guard.

I am so psyched for both.  I'm going to get like 3 or 4 Jedi Temple Guards.  And I'm super excited about Pong Krell too.  I'm still hopeful we'll get Quinlan Vos this year after some rumors.

Oh, and we are getting Kanan Jarrus from Rebels when he has his helmet on that covers his eyes after he loses his sight, and apparently a figure of Hera.  I guess the Hera figure is in a look from a later Season.  Some speculated a pilot outfit with pilot helmet and visor (kind of like the X-Wing Pilots wear)

@supercamel-1982 That version of Kanan has been on my wishlist forever. I love the one they made already, but he, really more than all the others on that show, goes through such a physical journey of transformation that I'd buy him three times. (Third one: the one from the arguably saddest moment in Star Wars history) 

Pong Krell and Jedi Temple Guards would be fun. Love those designs. And really, Quinlan has a big enough fan base I feel like they're intentionally actively avoiding him now. 

I've just started dipping my toes into Black Series and have a lot of catching up to do.  I'm personally excited about the upcoming Revenge of the Sith Obi-Wan and Anakin and hope the rumors of a RotS R2-D2 are true.

I also saw they recast Baylan Skoll which motivated me to buy that figure. Nothing against Rory McCann, but Ray Stevenson is too beloved in our house to go without.

@fletch It's a good time to jump in - they're doing a far better job making sure beloved characters are readily available these days. (I remember when I jumped in it was a week's groceries to pick up Han or R2). 

Love Rory and I think he's going to honor his friend's performance with grace, but Ray did so much with so little screen time as Baylan he became my favorite character in years. The *weight* of it, the fallen knight full of regret and looking for something greater before he's gone. Just a beautiful performance. (I love the recent Star Wars trends of tired old men who, through actions both good and terrible, are trying to figure out how to leave the galaxy better than they found it.) 

@supercamel-1982 Where was all this leaked? I hadn't seen any of that, but if it's true, I'm totally down for it! I was just thinking of the Jedi Temple Guards yesterday and how I'd love to have them in figure form. Pong Krell, while not high on my list, would make an undoubtedly cool figure (and would make Dexter a real possibility too)

Only one I'm iffy on is Hera; she's like Sabine in that, while she did technically change outfits over the course of the show, her base outfit is the one I associate most with her. But I really did end up liking Rebels a lot more than I thought I would, and would take almost anything they decided to give us from it (Agent Kallus and AP-5 when, Hasbro?)

@joshsquash729 Kallus might be the biggest "where is he?" gap from Rebels. I'd buy him in uniform and in his later series gear but I doubt we'd ever get both. Hoping for the latter some day.

I'm still baffled (and disappointed) that Hasbro just quietly ditched/paused the Rebels sub-line. Kallus especially is a maddeningly a glaring omission.

Like you, I would take pretty much everything they would give us from Rebels. However, like you, I also wonder where these leaks originated from, cause this is the first time I am hearing of them and my rebels-radar is pretty finely tuned. So, until there is further evidence, I won't get my hopes up.

It's stuff that's been leaked by YakFace or even YouTuber Lukenessmonster which are both very reliable through insider leaks or even parts shown or leaked by the factories.  Yakface usually has a rumor page on their website and as stuff becomes confirmed they put it on their site with the Black Series figures in the Master List which can be found here

@supercamel-1982 Thanks for that! That's a heck of a list! Nothing all that implausible, so I would love for it all to be true! Merrin from Jedi Survivor is on there as well, which would really make me happy, as long as Cere and Greez aren't too far behind.

Agreed, QUITE a list there. I've cut back so hard that only two on there are for me, but I'm really happy with that. If I get two Star Wars figures this year, that's kinda perfect for how I wanna collect now. Thank you, @supercamel-1982 

Last year I bought 2 SWB figures, Episode 1 Anakin and Padme.  This year I've bought two SWB figures, ANH Luke and Leia.  There doesn't appear to be anything else rumored that I'd want to buy.  I could get used to only buying two figures a year from a line and wish I could get close to this point with everything else I collect.

Luke and Leia are such improvements over their original underwhelming releases.  Leia in particular seems so premium.  The articulation works so well for her which is unexpected being that she is wearing a dress.

Yeah, it's a nice, chill way to conduct a hobby. And really keeps what I do get very special.
