SpoilerAhsoka ep 6 spoilersI get what you mean about Thrawn. At the end of the day, he's just a blue guy, not some super interesting looking monster or cyborg or anything. A stoic, calm, collected blue guy at that, so you don't really even get any big evil moments, just small, underplayed ones. He also looks a little rounder than in Rebels, which I guess is to be expected after being stranded on some distant planet for however many years. I don't think Rebels ever even touched on one of the more interesting aspects of his character (at least to me)- the Ysalamiri he keeps. That would be a cool addition to Ahsoka (if not a bit convenient).I agree about Enoch, though. The blank, unmoving face is quite unsettling. Giving Death Mask vibes. I'm excited to learn more about him (I can already see the Marrok 2.0 talk of who he is starting up again. 🤣)
As much as I'd love the little turtle guys, I see them being more difficult to do in Hasbro's eyes. Completely new parts, and less opportunity for reuse. But if they ever do another creature pack, I'd love to have them included.
Right, sometimes these characters are just these characters. I won't be surprised if all these troopers are like Marrok as far as resurrected witchy dust magic undead peeps or something.
And right, I guess that's part of it. Just a blue dude. I was the same way with Gideon. Nothing against the character, and certainly nothing against the actor, but when it comes down to it the design just wasn't interesting enough to put on the shelf and the character didn't resonate with me either. And I definitely have prejudice with Thrawn because I made that decision when they showed him in the trailer. I actually hope by the finale I'm clamoring for his figure though.
Also I WILL get a Gideon from the Mandalorian finale.
Both of these reunions were underwhelming. Everyone is so calm and composed all the time! Morgan just literally crossed a universe and all she gets is "well done" or whatever and no tears, no moment of her own to celebrate her personal victory, just some deep breathing and eye work. Like, why do they even want this guy back? He's a vapid lack of charisma.
Same for Ezra. Sabine was interesting then devolved to "must find man, only word I can say is man's name" and then when they actually reunite they say absolutely nothing of value, or genuine emotion - they act like they barely know one another! This is the grand reunion we've been building to for six episodes (even longer for those who watched Rebels)? It's hollow.
Did laugh at Sabine's "No-uh wait!" - didn't know the actress was Australian until that line. :)[/spoiler]
The reunion with Morgan didn't bother me. It was a kinda traditional villain reunion. Cold, composed. Thrawn is a military guy and the witches are weird, so didn't strike me as odd.
Sabine and Ezra, yeah that was weirder. The only explanation I can think of is it's been so long that they didn't know how to react. I imagine that's the choice the actors made? But it came across as awkward in a bad way.
Which pipeline figures do y'all suppose we'll see at Pulsecon? I'm hoping we finally see Ki-Adi Mundi after he was shown like a year ago.
I feel like the Super Battle Droid and Droideka are not likely to show up since they're gonna be completely new sculpts and quite complicated at that. Maybe we'll see kid Anakin and Padme, but I have zero interest in those.
On the wishlist front, I have a ton I want to see, especially from Ahsoka. Putting that show aside, since I'm sure we'll see at least a few more, I broke my personal wishlist into three categories:

Barriss Offee and the Airborne Trooper (you have the parts Hasbro!), Darth Talon or Atroxa, Lumiya, another Scar Squad trooper, Merrin and Saw Gererra from Fallen Order, Li'l Leia Organa, Tusken Warrior from BOBF, Dedra Meero, Two Tubes, the Astromech from the E-Wing on Ahsoka, and Takeel.
I realize now I went on more than I meant to, but I also realize my wishlist is far bigger for Star Wars than Marvel, heh.

I feel like she is a given, and I didn't name a lot of those on my list (like the guys from the Mandalorian finale) but I REALLY want her. I think she and Krrsantan were the best things to come from BOBF.
I want S4 blind Kanan, Carson is looong overdue, Zeb I would love as well as Jacen Syndulla. Maybe another KOTOR character, or some of the comic pack characters?
Really hope we get an announcement soon for figures of armored Gideon and the Imperial Commandos from the Mandalorian finale!
For ones that will be shown off, I hope they have at least a prototype for the Super Battle Droid, Droideka, and Imperial Cal pack. I would also LOVE concrete proof that Ki-Adi Mundi is indeed coming out and hasn't been unceremoniously cancelled. It's been quite a while since he was shown off, and even longer since he was pipeline revealed. The whole "this wave/item isn't going up for preorder" thing was coocoo bananas. I'm down for anything and everything they may show from Ahsoka and Andor; we're overdue for a Dedra and Syril, and while far less likely, I'd love a Nemik. I'll also take any prequel Jedi they may feel like giving us.
My biggest wants, however, are more Jedi: Fallen Order/Survivor figures- Merrin, Cere, and Greez most of all. But also a Ninth Sister, Dagan, Bode, Cordova, Taron, Turgle. Gosh, so many great characters and they've barely scratched the surface! 2, soon to be 3 variants of one character, and one villain (possibly a variant with the upcoming 3 pack), and a bunch of army builders. Give us more, Hasbro!
I forgot we have a new TBS Padme coming up! Hope they'll surprise with a Theed one, as well, or finally release the AOTC rainbow dress in TVC. 🙂

Those were really nice, and great to see them compared to old Black Series and SHF. I have all 3 of those pre ordered. It's nice to see they turned out so well.
Second, that Ahsoka episode blew my mind. I was just watching goin "figure. figure. figure. figure."
I was like Grogu saying "Yes. yes.yes. yes."
So many characters that would make for great figures.
And finally, we better see Ki Adi Mundi at Pulse Con finished, complete, and boxed. And his big head better be on the way to us ASAP! It feels like forever since he was announced, and what I want and enjoy most is prequel Jedi. Hasbro needs to get on it.
