The IG-12 set is really quite nice. Probably not the best Black Series ever produced, but he's certainly a vast improvement. I hadn't really realized how much of an improvement until I put him next to my IG-88. The head alone is a great improvement; articulating the different levels of "eyes" was a cool touch and adds a lot of character, let alone the tighter, more sturdy joints
IG-88 is the wimpy younger brother, whereas IG-12 is definitely the cooler older brother. The Chad, if you will, or the "Droid She Tells You Not To Worry About". I'd say definitely pick him up; with the Anzellans and Grogu, he feels worth the price, but if he ever goes on sale, he'll feel like a steal! Hopefully they'll find a way to re-release IG-88 on the same sculpt.
@joshsquash729 You've got me motivated to actually set up the Outer Rim Extreme Sets backdrop I bought a while back and never used. Cassian and Dedra aren't here yet unfortunately (got a mystery box showing from Pulse tomorrow, hoping it's him) but might take some time to plunk Thrawn and a battalion of troopers in front of the backdrop tonight.
Just cracked Yord out of the box and it's really sinking in how the Acolyte scratched a very specific Star Wars itch for me - Jedi as detectives/investigators. Bummed that the whole situation will probably dissuade Disney from doing anything like that ever again. I'd love to see Coruscant Nights in live action.
Got the Grogu and IG-12 set. Love it! IG-12 is a massive improvement. Definitely bigger and more proportional. Looks very cool and poses nicely. So cute to have Grogu piloting. Certainly a highlight in the line. I would love new versions of IG-11 and IG-88
I got shipping notice for the Imperial Beskar Supercommandos as well! Super excited! Need armored Gideon!
@normdapito These Imperial Super Commandos from Mandalorian:

Argh, the mystery box from Pulse was Marvel, not Star Wars. Still gotta break out that Outer Rim set today though. Maybe have Hammerhead hiding from Stormtroopers or something.
I didn't realize that was one of Gideon's armored dudes. I thought they wore black? Or was that just him?
Bbts said they're charging soon but haven't yet. I won't be shipping them right away anyway cause I have a bunch of other stuff I'm gonna wanna wait for too this month coming up. But they do look really nice. I ordered 2, I may get 1 or 2 more later if they go on sale.
Andor, Dedra, and Kaytoo just showed up. Andor's an excellent figure, but I will admit the Season 1 version of him has a better face sculpt/paint apps. He's still recognizably Diego and 12 parsecs from the Rogue One version, but second tier after that SDCC version in the longer jacket.
Dedra - you know how sometimes Black Series will nail a face sculpt so well it's almost eerie? Dedra is one. This action figure looks ALIVE. Truly one of their best faces.
I have no idea how this K2 differs from the others and I can't tell if I'm missing something or bought pretty much a duplicate. It's fine, anything voiced by Tudyk I have no problem having two of, but...
Hey, anyone had any luck straightening lightsabers? I was reorganizing a bit last night and found a handful of Luke's sabers had shifted in the box and were a little wonky (poor Jaina Solo's, too). Wondering if heat sucks the color out of the blades or not. They're all still useable but just annoyingly wonky, wondering if I can do a bit of repair work on 'em.
Target exclusives are on sale!

@docsilence for the old ones that are really thin you can kinda bend them back if you're careful. For the new ones, depends on the plastic. The ones with some give, you can also just bend back, but very carefully. Just do it with a little bit of pressure slowly. The ones with the hard plastic shouldn't even be bent wrong in the first place.
