Great posts. I agree that Sol, Indara, Yord, and Jecki are some of most interesting Jedi characters so far. They feel a lot more real and more complicated than the typical Jedi who otherwise come across as simply stern and stoic. 

Edit:  I preordered Sol, but I would be more inclined to get other characters if there was a figure of The Stranger revealed. 

And where is Boba Fett from Book of Boba Fett?! And Moff Gideon in full armor and the Imperial Super Commandos and Imperial Praetorians?! How can it take so long to make those? 

I wonder if they're saving the Stranger for a later preorder reveal at the end of the series. It really is strange they haven't announced him yet. And still waiting on Kelbacca. Maybe I'm crazy but "WOOKIE WITH A LIGHTSABER" feels like a guaranteed hit even for impulse buyers.

I'm working a few comic cons this summer with my books and I'm super curious if we'll see any Acolyte cosplayers. The Stranger feels tailor-made for cosplay bros with great triceps (you know those guys) and I could see Indara, despite her limited screen time, being super popular with a lot of cosplayers who appreciate a character design they can inhabit who isn't, like, 22 years old or in spandex. Someone out there is definitely practicing their airbrushing technique to do Jecki I bet. 

Oh I'm sure on the cosplaying. I went to the Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim the year Force Awakens came out, and there was already First Order Troopers and a few Kylos running around.

I'm wondering if the Stranger figure, and Kelnacca for that matter, may be shown at SDCC? The Hasbro Star Wars panel is 7/26, I believe that's Friday. Or for all I know, those figures will be revealed next Wednesday morning.

You know I can't resist hopping on this, right? WTF?!?!?! about Boba Fett. I know I wasn't a big fan of the show, and there was a lot of complaints, but it did alright didn't it? Are they struggling with how to justify a deluxe offering?! They already have the BOBF jetpack because the new Mandalorian exclusives are using it. And I know most of the BOBF figure is gonna be a new sculpt. The helmet is even a different shape, let alone the pants and the kama, etc. But come on, did Boba Fett stop selling figures recently?

Armored Gideon, the commandos, and praetorians were on my list until recently. You snoozed too long, hasbro. Now you have luzed. I still hope they get made though because, come on, those are the kinda designs MEANT for action figures.

My son was holding off on Acolyte to binge all at once. Since the finale is coming, I convinced him to slow binge with me, two a day..it's even better in rewatch, but I'll be damned if I'm not wanting all the figures. I'm such a chump.

I can't wait for the proper BoBF and armored Gideon figures to be made. In my top 5 presently.

Yep. The Throne Room version is one of the biggest flops of the line. When he and Saw were available for $7-8 and still didn't sell out - and haven't sold out - - big red flag. IF Hasbro were smart, the next time we see that design, it ships with a throne.

Or a Rancor.

Pulse pushed back the Mara Jade set to 10/1, which is really annoying. No communication about it but DisneyStore has it now and for $10 more? Now that I'm looking again I don't see the release date listed at all anymore, but this redesign is a lot more complicated than the last version - downgrade for sure. I loved the easy magnifying of images on HP before and now it doesn't do that at all.

@schizm well that's a bummer..the 'throne room' figure is a great figure! If I had to have only one version of Boba in black, I'm glad I got that one at least.

First of all, I hate the new Hasbro Pulse website now that they are back from their 2 days of maintenance etc.

I also hate that they made me change my password.  No biggy, and I'm sure I'll get used to it all, but it was a shock to my system lol.

But I am surprised they pushed back the Mera Jade EU set.  I really was anticipating getting that in the next couple weeks. Where are you seeing that Schizm?  On Pulse I don't see any date now near the Mara Jade, Luke EU set.

As for Acolyte, I expect we will see Kelnacca, The Stranger, Vernestra, and Basil (the tracker mole) shown at SDCC.  We'll see but I'm hoping.

I suppose what figures are shown off at SDCC depends on how far in advance they got the materials and such. The fact that they have the Stranger's helmet to show off (still not sure if the product photos we've seen are a digital render or not, but still). At the very least, I'm sure a pipeline reveal is doable.

I can't remember- was Moff Gideon in his armor pipelined, or was that just his helmet? It can be hard to keep these things straight sometimes.

@joshsquash729 I don't know if Gideon was but his helmet was pipelined, yeah. But so was the Imperial Armored Commando.

Damn , Amazon is as bad as  Pulse for shipping early. My order for multiple Super Battle Droids shipped today. Original ship date was August 2nd.

I want that Gideon. I need to have it. It looks so awesome. And I want to use it for a custom. So I will buy 2.

Just got an e-mail from Hasbro Pulse saying the EU The Last Command 4 pack would be shipping soon.  I'm really excited about this one. 

Got the same. I guess the lack of release date I saw may have been a fluke.
